Tiring day. Today I went to the vendor, alone this time, which made me anxious the whole day yesterday. I skipped my lunch because the place was too far. I got no time for eat and too anxious for that. I spent 6 hours there, got dizzy, etc. The way home was worse. 2.5 hours in the bus, hungry and dizzy and anxious. Thankfully the work went fine and I bought some cheap-delicious ice creams.

Wish tomorrow I dont have to do it again.

I've had daily anxiety problems usually shortly before going to bed. They started a few months after my mother passed away in my house. I get anxiety close to bedtime. Last night wasn't good. Has anyone heard of adjustment disorder after a trauma? Almost four years of insomnia but not usually during the day. I'm exhausted.

The weekend was really hectic with moving my daughter out and cleaning up her space. Lots of physical labor. Yesterday I had to move my computer due to yet another roof leak and wrecked my monitor. I'm going to wait until the repairs are done before I get another one.

Now I'm sick with a cold so I have to slow down.

Still worried and anxious about how my daughter is doing. I hope that fades with time.

Anxious yesterday as it was a 'waiting for' kind of day. I was - and am - waiting for news on a few things which might decide the course of my life in the days to come. The boyfriend and I chose to go to a parade last night which was supposed to abate some of that anxiety. Nope, it just grew (too many people and misbehaving kids doing stupid things with not an ounce of an attempt to rein them in).

Unfortunately, I've got to do it again today..... At least the traffic was not as horrendous as yesterday and I ate on time.

I am at a relatively positive point these days. I am a little anxious about a coming camping trip and how my dog will behave/act but I think this is normal for anyone in such a situation.

Carpet upstairs was cleaned. Will see how this works on our sinuses.

Still in pain.

Husband busied himself with a house project. He needs to rest but won't. Just trying to figure out where our water bill is going.

Anxiety down for the moment.

remarkably okay.I am not losing my mind over this camping holiday. All is well prepared and organised. Normally as the departure day approaches I am a basket case all worried that I haven't prepared enough, that I have forgotten to pack something crucial. and that something will go wrong. Oddly and for a pleasant change, I am free of stressing over these things. On the other hand it is my boyfriend who is running around like a basket case and needs the assuring that all is done that can be done.
