Don’t take meds with a huge glass of ice lemon water unless you want bad anxiety and an upset stomach. I have to work tomorrow and I’m starting to panic.

It has been two weeks since I was this anxious.

My dog is sick. Thanks to some neighbour out there my dog has chemical burns to his underside. Thank goodness we caught it as it would have gotten a lot worse. I worry about my pet but I worry too about the implications this may have to our holiday plans. Yeah, I sound awful don't I? I realise that. It is just that we have invested a lot of money already in our coming vacation and it is the only one my boyfriend will get in the year. The dog is due then to enter the boarding kennel in just 18 days. If he is not healed by then and still on medication I am certain the kennel - no kennel - is going to take him. Ultimately, I will deal with that. We simply won't go. He comes first. I will likely go camping or some other such get away without my boyfriend this summer on my own perhaps. A shame though.

Currently my anxiety isn’t bad. It was off and on all day though. But it was that “not exactly anxious” type of feeling I’ve been getting lately.

I had a panic attack 3 days ago. Bad one. But I'm doing good so far.

Just have to wait until the next one! It's coming.. Don't know when or why.. But it's inevitable..

I left work shortly after I started yesterday. My coworkers were really nice about it. My own manager was sympathetic. I’m just worried that the actual store managers are not going to be friendly tomorrow. I feel sick about it. I wish I had a therapist to talk to.

A bit worried because I felt anxious at the store yesterday and I think I was close to panic.

I had some anxiety at the mall. It seems like kids never have school on Fridays where I live. There were a lot of highschoolers just wandering around and they were making me nervous.

Was mildly anxious today. Anxiety stinks but mild anxiety is an improvement for me.

There was some confusion on the sale price of soda at the store. The cashier made me go back instead of the bagger. Then when I came back with two more she grabbed them from me and said “we’re not doing this.” I the grocery department had told her the wrong thing on the phone. The whole situation was anxiety provoking. I felt like she had an attitude with me when I literally just did what she told me to do.

I am anxious because a drama I watch hason't recorded episode 3, but it has recorded episode 4

I can't watch episode 4 without episode 3, so now I'm anxious I'm never going to see the end

(sure I could just skip to the 4th one but where's the fun in that?). I'd miss a whole entire hour of drama and episode 3 apparently has some key clues

I don't have my laundry back yet, either

my fault, I've not gone to get it from the drier- but I feel quite anxious when everything that is meant to belong to me, isn't here (even though I know where it is.)

My test will be due this Saturday. I'm scared if I get low score and flunked. The test is quite expensive, so I don't want to be flunked. Telling myself that I'll be okay since I've done well during the practice. It doesn't work. I'm scared.

I made it through work with no problem. Then I tried going to Walmart because ironically I was picking up my Xanax. My anxiety was really bad even though the store wasn’t very crowded and no one was paying attention to me. Then I went to McDonald’s to get a couple drinks and I went in and there were no straws and I just kinda felt like a mess today with my anxiety.

My psychiatrist yesterday was blunt. He came right out and said, "Look __________, you are always going to be anxious. I am never going to be able to help you with that. It is a matter now of trying to manage the best way to live with it."

I can understand why you'd be anxious.

if that was said to me I'd refuse to see them again

quite sensitive when it comes to those kind of comments

Oh noo…. Tomorrow is the test day. Hope I can make it. I hope for a good score. If I couldn't, wish I get at least a fair mark.
