How are you all dealing with coronavirus and the restrictions many of us have to live

Break, I do understand you. When I was living in another city alone while working, I felt terrible alone and frustrated. But, I couldn’t do anything because my social anxiety didn’t let me have a circle of people around.
I felt so different and alone.
They were ones of the worst moment in my life.

My parents were supposed to come visit at the end of the month, and I was supposed to see them at a concert in their area next month. Obviously both trips have been cancelled and I have no idea when I'll see them again

I've been trying to keep in touch with people by text, but of course they all have their own lives and friends and don't really need me. Maybe once we're really shut in and they get sick of the people around them
Only one friend I regularly talk to.

The people here are shouting for a lockdown, there's a small minority against it and yet the government keeps "reassuring" us there won't be a lockdown yet. It's crazy. We WANT to be safe, we're willing to give up our freedom to protect ourselves and others. Just do it!!

I really don't know what I'll do tomorrow. I just calmed down from the first anxiety attack and then another one came on.

I know it’s a hard situation. I’m coping well because I’m not excessive worried since I can be at home and only have to take the doggies out for a while, but I wonder how you are coping.
There have been lots of B$ spread on the social media. I try to only hear about the main news once a day and mainly listen to what experts have to say. I pick up with a grain of salt news from other sources.
I’m in Spain so we are again the “PIGS “of the European Union. The “butt of Europe” as I call it. lol! I know we do things our way, a little late but now people is taking it seriously and we are gonna beat this epidemic.

Also, experts recommend to follow a routine to be busy and avoid focussing too much on this issue. Your inmune system has to be strong so, please, try to dedicate time to enjoyable activities such as reading a book, playing board games, do some new crafts for home, even listen or watch humor.

that is great advice! I wish that had occurred to me. I have family who might have been exposed but neither one of them will listen when I asked then to stay as far a way As possible from me.

It's in my sinuses now (that's where the headache comes from as well), and no fever as far as I can tell, so that does most likely sound like a cold.

Still scary. With how careful everyone is being, it should also be harder to catch a cold yet lots of people are still getting colds or the flu.

I have been feeling congested the last week or so. I've been checking my temperature and it has been normal, so I don't think I have the virus. I tend to get allergies in the fall, so I feel like it's probably that.

The whole thing has me stressed and anxious, I have to say. The country where I live was under state of emergency in October and November due to social unrest. We had curfew, many people were told to work from home. Supermarkets were closed due to looting or only a few people were being let in at a time. Shelves were often empty. We didn't leave the house much for safety reasons. So, that was already a lot to deal with. Protests have still been going on since then. March was particularly bad.

Now they have declared a state of catastrophe. Movement restrictions were just announced to limit travel from more affected to least affected regions.
