I haven’t taken any Xanax yet but as soon as I get the energy to get up I will. Based on the fact that it’s mid afternoon and I haven’t taken one I’d say that’s pretty good. Sometimes I’d be on my second one. My anxiety isn’t great though. I just don’t have the physical energy to get up.

Still am having difficulties dealing with my anxiety problem due to the current mess. Election commercials on tv and on social media doesn't help

Yesterday I got injured at work. My boss sent me to Emergency. While I was at Triage I thought I felt "calm". Apparently not. My heart was racing at 122 BPM which set the alarm off on the vitals monitor. My BP was 160/100. This made me realize that my constant state of anxiety tricks my body, that it feels normal to be in a perpetual state of stress. Yikes.
I really hate anxiety and living like this. The exhaustion and irritability is pure hell. I'm watching it slowly destroy my body, especially my stomach. Will this disorder kill me? Before I left the department, I had to get my vitals taken again. My heart rate dropped to 90 and BP 140/72.

I've been stressed most of the day. Now I can't sleep because of nightmares. I will try to relax before going back to bed.

My anxiety is pretty sucky right now. I’m waiting for my mom to bring me my new Xanax XR. She should be here any minute. It was out of stock last night when she got the other new med. Figures. Everyone and their mother is on anti anxiety meds in the USA right now.

I thought Xanax XR would solve my anxiety issues. I took a 1 milligram Tab at 9AM and now I’m practically dying from anxiety. What gives?

I feel pretty calm, which is unusual for an appointment day. But I'm working on getting dressed and getting myself ready.

I was extremely anxious today so went to the pharmacy and got the Xanax XR 1 mg I was prescribed. It helped today.

I feel calm this morning. Yesterday went well. I was only anxious for a little bit. Today I have plans to relax. I hope to meditate later.

I am feeling anxious this morning because of an errand I have to run that has to do with my glasses. It’s been awhile since I’ve been anxious. I’ve put this off but I might as well face it and get it over with.

I’ve noticed a drastic decrease in my anxiety since starting the Xanax XR. Moods on the other hand....

Peppermint mocha flavored stuff came out today. I decided to see if I could handle it. And for the 3rd year in a row I once again can not. The wooziness and anxiety is too much.
