I’m still doing the 2mil Xanax split up into 4’s. It’s still working great. I didn’t really have any anxiety today.

5 out of 10....i am more indecisive than stressed. Been stuck in a procrastination time period lately. . No motivation just trapped of a tradmill

I took a .5 Xanax just now because my anxiety was weird. I took my 2 mil cut into 4’s but that last one didn’t do anything. I drank 10oz of water with this .5 so I’m hoping to feel some relief soon.

I was kind of anxious this morning from all the caffeine I had to try to help me get rid of my severe drowsiness from a med. I took 1.5 mil of Xanax around noon so right now my anxiety isn’t too bad. I have one more .5 to take later tonight.

I am not having any existential crisis type anxiety about my old therapist today. Basically it’s just med and caffeine related.

I had too much caffeine this morning for no reason. I just had a Mountain Dew craving. Then some other stuff happened and I then tried going out of my house and that just caused issues. I ended up taking 3mil of Xanax. I am worried because I don’t have many .5s left and if I take 3 of the 1mil when I’m only prescribed 2 a day, I’m gonna run out eventually of everything and possibly early. Which will turn into a huge issue.

But I am so chilled out right now and in a decent mood as a result of all the Xanax.

5 out of 10 anxiety scale wise. Did have a less stressful date at work and went out afterwards

I got rid of all my personal Mountain Dew since it was causing so many issues. Especially yesterday. My brother still has his stash though and I need to not sneak any. I gave the soda to the food pantry. I am sure someone will be very excited about it. There’s a few seasonal kinds, the new watermelon one, and a few cases of a discontinued one that was always hard to find. But today my anxiety wasn’t too bad.

My anxiety is pretty good today. Tuesdays and Wednesdays seem to be the most difficult for me. At least this week they were tough. This morning I was wondering how to do some stuff with my mom in the house. But she luckily got a call saying some stuff she had ordered was ready. So she was gone for an hour and I was able to get my issues situated before she came home.

I had an espresso coffee this morning which caused huge anxiety. I lost track of how many Xanax I’ve taken. I think it’s 2.5.mil. They aren’t working. I wish I could kick the caffeine habit but I often feel sick and irritable if I don’t have caffeine. At least I’m not crabby today.
