I'm not having much anxiety. Today that's really not my problem. I am kind of sad.

I’m having a really good day so far. Yesterday was great. I did group therapy and although it was intense I did the right thing and hung out with my friend afterwards and laughed and had a good time.

Fighting sadness again today, but it has improved. Anxiety isn't really part of my problem at the moment. Something to be grateful for.

Yes, many people struggle with anxiety around transitions. To manage it, try practicing deep breathing or mindfulness techniques before and during transitions. Plan and visualize the upcoming activity to reduce uncertainty. Gradual exposure to transitions and seeking support from a therapist can also be helpful in managing anxiety.

I'm having a good morning. then again I don't have to go into work. I sometimes I feel my anxiety is largely performance/ work based where I am sitting like a monkey in front of a computer screen

I got out of the house today. I went to Costco. I wasn't totally relaxed there, but it was okay. I'm real glad I went out.
