I went to the store yesterday in spite of anxiety & did ok & was grateful that I accomplished that. I'm ok today.
I'm so sorry, Buffy, about the multiple tornado! I hope you're ok today.

Having lots of anxiety! Had panic attack last night and called mobile crisis but he didn't know anything about anxiety! This is horrible!

After a nice few weeks with no anxiety, it's come back again. Not as bad as back in January, but it's enough to be disturbing my peace significantly. Also making it harder to fall asleep at night.

I think buspar might be working, not sure. Took it in 2016 and wasn't impressed.

Went out for breakfast and began getting anxious. Took a 1 mg of clonazepam to chill out. Choked on a piece of bacon and started laughing so it ended up being all good. It was my boyfriend and his friends and silly me.
I like prn clonazepam. My doctors hate it. I feel kinda screwed. |

I keep trying to encourage myself. I fall apart a little bit sometimes but get myself back to trying whatever, so I can somehow get through it & make mself try more things, bravely, with hope that's still there.

I had to  talk down  to my anxiety  out of fear I had  already taken my anxiety medication  when I reminded myself that I had already  refilled my day planner pills :grouphugs and I hadn’t taken my medication yet

Advil and a nap worked better then my valium this morning. I took more Advil now and things are calming down again
So I guess my anxiety isn't really a big issue.
