i am so tired of drama may trigger

my cousin and I got into a fight over the phone. Ended up with me saying call when your more reasonable and hanging up since she was starting to call me names and screaming at me. All this because of a little dent. Im tired. I have not cut in two weeks. im so tired that i cant function at work. I want to call in tomorrow cause i cant function. I cant focus on the rooms i need to clean and today i am taking short cuts to clean the rooms faster. I feel suicidal but dont want to die. I think about cutting all the time. My boss knows whats going on but she does not know what im feeling. Maybe she has a clue that something is not right. My heart is just heavy. i want to just cry but you know me cant cry. I wanted to tell my boss what i feel like but i feel that it will just worry her more and she gots enough on her plate. Never the less im back in the dark hole.
