I am still depressed. i dont feel like myself anymore. I gave up on not cutting. i tried my skills to not cut and it is not enough. i dont have the strenght to work tomorrow but cant call in. i cant do that. so im going to sit here. i think i am ment to live a life of misery.

Why don't you call your doc?? Or a mental health provider?
OR 911? There is so much we here, can offer, it's "cyber", but it sounds you need to get help in the "3d", please do.
Call your T and explain, what is happening, PLEASE??
Feel free to talk with us, meantime, but PLEASE call for professional help, okay?
