This thread is massive and I've been following it for a while now. It doesn't really seem to be helping you - you appear to be escalating. Would it maybe help you more to stop focussing on this thread and your symptoms and just distract yourself or just "be"? I'm not meaning to be offensive but sometimes when we concentrate on our symptoms so much they get so much worse and consume us. You've even been on here while out with friends. Again I'm not trying to offend - just maybe this isn't really helping you? If I'm wrong I'm sorry, just wanted to say something. I hope you start to feel better soon. Oh also instead of atvian as a PRN do you have anti psychotics? I find they help a lot

I never said this thread shouldn't exist - just that it may not be helping. Like I said I'm entitled to an opinion and I HAVE been following this thread since day 1, checking to see how you are. Trust me I've read every post. I was actually trying to be helpful by offering an alternative viewpoint. Sometimes that helps. Obviously not this time. Will keep my views to myself in this thread from now on. Like I said before - I hope you start feeling better soon and I will continue to follow.

They will be home in the evening. I don't have any plans. Usually Ken isn't around on Sundays. I could take myself out I guess. I don't know if any friends that would go out on a moment's notice except maybe Gerry.

Maybe drag the kids out for pizza and a movie matinee? Boy I miss the old days when you could get a small pizza at chuck e cheese and let them play in the ball pit for 2 hours!

I dont like the dark much either but I dont live in a great neighborhood. We dont have a nice name for the local walmart.

I felt pretty blah last night too. I just don't like the night. Funny since I was all about the night when manic last month. I hate sitting in my room because all my brain has to do is what it shouldn't.

I could take the kids out maybe. I'd have to get them early. we're seeing a movie in a week or so. Gets expensive to go out these days.

Then its time to sit someplace else, watch tv in the living room or where the kids are, watch them play video games. I used to watch mine do skateboard games til I was dizzy

Thats true movies are a major deal anymore.
