I got a breast biopsy done and the whole thing went super well. I was so relieved. It was less unpleasant than getting my teeth cleaned, even. I brought cash to take a taxi home but i felt so well i even took the bus. Now just to wait for the results -- late next week.

I went to work even though I am fighting a cold/flu.
I put in a good days work.
I took care of my family tonight by cooking a good supper and running errands.
I worked on my website and set up plans to meet a client.

Dh and I watched a TV show tonight about M.I. and bipolar. It was pretty generic and basic but it made me think........ how my moods really aren't under my control at times and thank goodness the meds help. They help enough that I can implement my other coping skills.

I practiced mindfulness this morning and spent time with my horses after work... both are very healing times for me

I did this as well. We have lovely oak trees in our backyard and I make a point to appreciate their beauty daily now.

I worked my scheduled hours.
I cleaned my house and did all the laundry.
I took my meds.

My daily "treat" for completing these tasks is my bubble bath. And vanilla coca-cola.

I want to post something. I keep typing, then deleting. I know there's something positive that has happened today? Saying I got out of bed is great, but kinda had too. My boys and I were out of town, so in order to get home I had to get out of bed, pack, and drive. Oh, listened to music in car and sang along. Seems crazy, but that doesn't happen when I'm down. I love music.

Still preparing for exams. Made many flashcards online and took quizzes, and passed them.

Prepared a plan of study for the next week.

I made my Halloween costume today! I am going to be a candy corn fairy so I got a lot of colored tulle and made a tutu, glued candy corns on my wings and wand, and put all the accessories together! I can't wait to put it on tomorrow as I am taking my staff to the local pumpkin patch as a team building event and to buy children pumpkins

Decided to sell, and advertised online all our world assets in an attempt to keep our families home.
I hate having Bipolar. I hate myself and I hate what I have brought on my family. .
