I woke up, took a shower and did my hair. It's going to be a great day.

went jog/walking, took a bath, did the dishes. Later on will do a load of laundry. All activity when depressed is positive I think.
Thanks for this!

Managed to read more of "Jude the Obscure", the novel I have to study in my English Lit class at university. Concentration is still very difficult but I got through 30 pages!

Working on a plan to stay safe while on unescorted leave from hospital. I plan to go for a long swim in the ocean and then watch something funny on TV or online back at my flat. It is going t be around 40`C (105`F) and my flat doesn't have air-con so I might hide in the shopping centre too.

Came back to hospital while on unescourted leave as my agitation and irritability are through the roof. Despite tonnes of extra (PRN) medication I am still wild eyed. The world is going way too slow for me, my thoughts and speech race and I cannot sit still. Well hello mania...Damn. if I hadn't come back to hospital I could have got myself into all sorts of trouble like drinking alcohol, impulsive spending or impulsive self-harm. At least I am safe now.

Got out of bed, took a shower, am doing a load of laundry. This despite my pretty bad depression today. Really don't feel like doing anything but will force myself to walk the dogs with my husband and also go with him out to brunch with his family. I feel like I have to at least keep trying to make myself feel better. Think I will call my pdoc tomorrow to move up my ECT appointment.

Took a bath/shower. Went out to lunch with my sister. Went to a huge park here that has a huge greenhouse. Looked at beautiful flowers. Walked some, then back hurt so came home. But it was a good day.
