Gone back to a work after a month off sick...and managed to pull it off with flair. Feeling the love from my support network has helped immensely

I decided to work my *** off trying to finish this PhD. I got my motivation back, finally.

Made breakfast, folded & put away 2 loads of laundry, washed sheets, worked in my flowers & did a little reading in the sunshine-feel good

I got up at 6am and wrote a paper and read a chapter and a half in my Addictions Counseling book. The time I spent on schoolwork today totaled 8 hours. It's the first day in a long time that I managed to stay focused for more than a few minutes. I also took vitamin B and C. I'll try to keep that habit up.
