Went to dd's dance recital without too much anxiety. It was hard being around all the crowds though. She danced very well.

Gone back to a work after a month off sick...and managed to pull it off with flair. Feeling the love from my support network has helped immensely

Shoveled our driveway and played with the dogs in the snow. One of them loves trying to catch snow balls! Makes me laugh.

Went to work today and now I'm working on a paper. Might take me all night, but taking a zero is not an option.

I got up at 6am and wrote a paper and read a chapter and a half in my Addictions Counseling book. The time I spent on schoolwork today totaled 8 hours. It's the first day in a long time that I managed to stay focused for more than a few minutes. I also took vitamin B and C. I'll try to keep that habit up.
