Went for a day swim and a night swim in the ocean to try and shake off the depression and agitation. Still felt low but lifted my mood a little. Every bit helps.

Planned a day of having to do nothing. Enjoying the lack of stress but funny enough am bored. What irony!

What have I done that is positive today. Well, its only just turned 6am, but already I have gotten up, which is good, because all I was doing was ruminating about the bad dreams that I was having. Had a good strong cup of tea, played with the cat and am presently watching the sun rise over the horizon through the kitchen window.

Hope the day goes as well as the last couple of hours.....
