Made it through work without having a panic attack. Almost did but I managed to breath it out. Now I am home trying to wind down.

Woke up, showered, fed the dog, fed the cat, fed husband and son. Went to a comic book show with husband and son. Had lunch out. Picked up two more of my children from a sleepover. Hugged my mama and daddy.
Sat in a tub and read. Called a friend. Made a pot of chili for dinner. Checked out PC. Journaled. Spoke to my husband about how I feel.
Kept breathing. Held off on the Xanax.

This is a really weird coincidence because today I LITERALLY tore a bed apart.

Today I tore apart my brothers' bunk bed, chucked it out and assembled a new one. I also out their bedding in the wash. Positive things that I've done today #2

Today I saw a new nurse practitioner, came home and did a thorough cleaning of the house, did four loads of laundry, then had a blood test for my lithium levels. And I treated myself to a frozen yogurt!
