Hauled wood up to the house for a nice fire during the upcoming snow storm and took a long walk with my Wife.

I've done a drawing today and I have studied. I haven't studied at all during the depression. So I feel like I have achieved something today.

The best I have done today is to recognize that I'm in a pre-spiral-downward state and have decided to stop this by using tools I know work for me.
