A lot has been happening in my life. I am on Lithum, wellbutrum, atavain and celexa. I own a business that I opened before I was diagnosed with bipolar and anxiety. That was a huge mistake. I was in a major high and thought it was a great idea. I felt that it was a great idea to invest all my savings, take out loans and buy stuff. Now it is something that I have regretted for the last 7 months. I got my family into major debt over this business. We had a wonderful life before all this. I would never have taken such a risky move as I did. I am about to loose my full time job that actually pays the bills. I have seen my dr's so many times and missed so much work and they are tired of it. I have been written up for not coming to work because I am so depressed. I don't know what to do. I just feel like giving up some days.

I'm glad you were able to post...

Let's start with the full time job...you have been written up...what does it say? PM me if you prefer...

Writting someone up is to document actions that are not acceptable...so if you get on board with whatever it is they think is not acceptable - it would be rare that they would want to terminate the relationship...When ever I have written someone up - its in hopes of resolving the issue...some though are on a "witch hunt"

It probably will be hard...don't give up...

We can talk about the business later...right now lets make sure you have a steady income...

i understand what you mean by being on a high and doing risky thing that's a tale tale sign of mania. than you come down and realise what you've done. it dosen't sound like you made such a mistake that can not be fixed. or you can't take away.. like sexual ifidelity. take care and know your not alone. feel like talking just pm me. onyx

you say you opened a business 7 months ago and that seems to be the major focus of your anxiety?
that, unfortunately, is the exact nature of owning a business.
you get the opportunity to possibly reap unlimited income, unlike a job where you work for someone else, but you take on all the responsibility of running it in the meantime.
i've owned my business for 25 years...it takes quite a while to build it up and relieve the anxiety you get in the beginning. I had a lot of tough times with no money but if you stick with it, things work out.
the only solution is to work hard and make it a success.
