Do you workout? What kind of exercises do you do, type of program and frequency. I lift 6x a week (ideally sometimes 4-5) and do kickboxing at least 3x a week. I'm now thinking adding a new cardio regiment to burn off this fat. I'd really like a buffalo cheese fries and cheesesteak with fried onions and bacon though.

I do cardio mostly. Some days I do a routine of 10 min warm up at 4.0 on the treadmill, then at 15 incline for 2 min, then 20 squats, then back to treadmill for 2 min, then 20 lunges. Back to treadmill 2 min, repeat. I try for 3 or 4 sets.
Or I'll just increase the incline each minute until I max then go back down.
Always abs after

Hell yeah, i'm trying to get strength back doing a heavy compound lifting program 3x/week. I also have been running 3-5 miles with sprints and hill sprints mixed in a few times a week when it's nice. I try to get to mixed martial arts 4-6x a week too. For me to stay off drugs and keep stabile without meds intense exercise is a must, no matter how i'm feeling. My problem is keeping a job :/.

Boxing, 1-2 days a week.
Rest of the week: random stuff, 2-3 days a week.

I go to a gym where they offer over 50 different classes. You just pay $50 a month for the membership and you can go to any class you want at any time. It's unlimited. So, I usually just pick different combinations of classes each week... e.g., spinning, strength training, performance athlete training, TRX, etc.. I always do boxing, though.

I don't do a thing, but I plan to start soon. But, as they say, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I have been exercising almost daily, with perhaps one or two rest days, for a few weeks now. Goodness, it's actually been about two months. I started while attending the vocational school simply because there was nothing much to do after classes.
Flashback:
Due to our not having a car, I walked everywhere-to work, to the grocery store, to clothing shops, and the like. I was not engaging in two-hour daily walks to test my endurance, I simply had no choice and though it did not really feel like exercise, its effects certainly were evident. The point, you ask? We're nearly there.
Because I was having to walk so much and avoided weights, I lost what little shape I had. I began exercising with weights and my body weight at school in order to build muscle and have kept at it ever since. To put it simply, I wanted to be stronger and to have shape again.
My routine includes:
Stretching
Chest: Push ups, bench-presses, and other sorts of exercises with 10 pound dumbbells
Lower Body: Squats and lunges, mostly
Arms: Different sorts of exercises with 10 or 5 pound dumbbells, depending upon the exercise
Abdomen: All sorts of planks, flutter-kicks, leg lifts, and things of that sort.
Because I walk pretty regularly, I see no need to add cardio to my routine.
As a result of regular exercise, my arms have become more defined, my legs are curvier, and I have earned my bum back. I lost it as a result of losing weight I didn't need to lose, you see.
Happy progress to all those exercising, whether you be just starting out or a few months in.

I don't workout at all. I know I should but I can't seem to get going at all. I hate sweating, and I hate exercise. It'll be the death of me.

I do yoga and pilates six times a week. Sometimes I'll sprinkle in some more cardio but doing yoga and pilates is the only thing I can religiously stick to.

Protest marches, standing on a square, shopping, walking on cobbles stones in shoes not designed for cobbles stones, being runner on escalators instead of standing as I am supposed to...

Just normal CAFE intellectual ****.

I find it difficult. My body image and self-esteem would never allow me to work out in public - even when I was relatively emotionally healthy. While winter I am pretty much sedentary, I get very active the remainder of the year. I walk 2-3 times a week for minimum 1hr, and ride my bike the alternate days.

I am really struggling with weight gain despite the activity. I have given lengthy thought to discontinuing some medication but I am very scared of once again living with anxiety or depression. It seems so unfair a price to pay.
