Write a book about my experiences that would really help other people, and have that hypomanic creativity that would help me make connections and be inspired.
Do you find yourself using the psych ward as a benchmark for evaluating severity of others' illnesses? Like if they have been to the psych ward, then you know that their illness has passed a certain degree of severity, but if they haven't been there, then their illness hasn't been severe enough to require that?

No because I know how much my pdoc affects my hospitalizations. I've had 5 but with another pdoc it would have been many more. Probably 3-5 in the last year instead of 2.
Do you use YouTube for distraction? I've developed a figure skating interest out of the need to distract.

Philosophy and social theory. If I weren't chasing that hypomanic high, I doubt I would have gone into academia.
Do you prefer to say you "have" or "are" bipolar? Or some other expression?

Indiana. My dog he was a cocker spaniel and a smart son of a *****. He was attached to the hip with me. Chase me around in the park, played fetch with him and would sit next to me when we were staring off into space. Miss him so dearly. I can't wait for another dog.
