No, I did briefly in my 20s but the smell really got to me.

Yes occasionally. It takes a lot to sedate me apparently even though I'm on six different meds that supposively cause sedation. Two , or three beers once a month.

Stability means to me being able to go back to school with out symptoms causing me.to drop out (again), and getting a job, and basically little to no symptoms for a long period of time.
What helps you to relieve anxiety?

Keeping busy, keeping my mind active so I don't have to worry about the anxiety. Constantly standing in a place and worrying makes it worse for me, so if I am out somewhere I look at my phone and read something to relieve the anxiety.
What time do you take your meds?

Sometimes deep breathing, hot baths, talking with someone I love, distraction or Ativan. Other times, nothing helps.
If you could get rid of your BP by giving it to somebody else, would you? If so, who? |
