Six psychiatrists till I found an excellently skilled and compassionate one. The rest were mildly incompetent to dangerously so.

Has a medication ever changed your life? If so which one?

Latuda changed my life a few years ago, but it seemed to have stopped working recently. Now, Abilify seems to be doing a good job in its place (only been on Abilify a little over a month now). These types of AP's for depression work great for my anxiety.

Since there was no question was asked I will just answer the previous question. Klonopin has given me hope when it comes to sleep. I was never able to sleep properly, I still get anxiety in social situations but that's only because I have gotten so fat. But that's my issue.

How long have you been diagnosed bipiolar?

If I recall correctly it was Methilene Blue in my throat. My aunt (my mother couldn't do it) wrapped a ball of cotton in a pencil tied with a rubber band, soaked it in the thing and told me to open wide. "If it bothers you, raise your hand". I raised my tiny hand way pass the sky, and she never stopped. Can I blame my bipolarism on her?.

Any normal bedtime story?.

The band Halsey. She's a gritty and real singer. Her lyrics strike me.

Have you ever seen Girl Interrupted?

Yes and funny enough I was just trying to see if I could stream it a couple of days ago. I don't know that it would be a good choice though; I can't remember everything that happens.

Do you get migraines (I've read at least 50% of people with bipolar do)?

Sorry no. I've interrupted a few myself, but I'm assuming is a movie or something of the sorts.

Favorite bipolar night out?

Just sit and ponder the universe. My mind is very imaginative. I don't need a dam thing else but my brain.

Worst thing you do when depressed?

Both sides. Statistically I never had a chance.

Do you have siblings/parents with mental illness?

Hang out online.

Are you one of the many people with bipolar who get migraines?

Used to get horrible migraines then I hit menopause and the migraines stopped.

What do you think about all the drug commercials that sell happiness?

Never seen a drug commercial in my life.

Unless pain killers count?

I guess they bring some kind of happiness...

I think they're dumb, only prescription pills relieve my pain.

Do you think enough is being done in the medical community to research and treat BP effectively?

Or do you think they've put us on the back burner and are satisfied with giving us an RX and sending us on our way?
