No. Yes. Those are two questions.
Now I can play twice.

Oh, I forgot.

Do you think enough is being done in the medical community to research and treat BP effectively?

Or do you think they've put us on the back burner and are satisfied with giving us an RX and sending us on our way?
You know I.dont know.for.sure if enough research is being done or.not, I do kind of Kean toward not enough though.

What is the best piece of advice you were given?

Learn English and mechanography. Same teacher. He was clear as a bell. wish I would have listened. I could rid me from this 2finger torture. And would be able to communicate much better.

How many kids you have?

I don't like it but I'm glad to have them. Before psych meds I didn't even take tylenol unless I was desperate.

Have you participated in NAMI?

(I'm assuming that meant pets) I have none.

Do you feel your bipolar is holding you back from having a happy life?

I don't know. When I hit rock bottom it was a combination of life events and I think bipolar just amplified it. Then again when I was manic I was happy so no I don't think it's holding me back, but it is also keeping a good grip on depression.

Happiest akward moment?

Horrible. I barely slept. I was advised to lower my dosage and switch my Lamictal back to nights which I forgot kept me awake, which is why it was switched to mornings in the first place. Then I woke up in the middle of the night to pee which disrupted my even sleep further.

Do you have a favorite holiday?

I've always been a sleepwalker and meds don't help. I've done things like put my cat in the garage in my sleep.

How much sleep do you need (not get) with your meds?

Meds or no meds, I'm what is called a long sleeper and I need 10-12 hours. Usually more towards the 12hrs.

Any OTC meds ever helped with your bipolar?

It has made me realize why I get agitated and sad. Oftentimes for no reason. It cautions me to go slow just in case it is my moods reacting.

Do you lift?

Rarely. Luckily she's fine with communication via email for treatment which saves me time and money.

Do you remember how many different meds you've tried?
