In a way, yes. In fact, I sort of miss it now that I'm on meds.
What do you think would be different in your life if you'd never developed bipolar?

I don't seem to ever have any troubles getting doctors to take me seriously. That being said, most of my doctors know what I do for a living (I'm a practice manager), so that may factor into why they listen. I work with doctors, so I know how to speak to them. I don't have any major medical problems, but I do have a ear issue and am getting a MRI of my brain in couple days.

I used to. Antipsychotics have helped a lot.
Would you rather have relatively few extreme BP episodes or almost continuous but less severe BP symptoms or a bit of both?

It is a disability but the degree varies wildly from person to person.

Yes, but not before I had become severely manic. It was more than just lots of anxiety, I realised.
Would you prefer living in one of your own, warped, manic realities if you were to always believe in it, to living in a reality which conforms more to that of others?
