I try really hard to eat healthy. No fried foods, no fast food at all.
I eat a lot of fish, baked, broiled or grilled also lots of sea food.
I love fresh veggies and fruit so I don't have to force myself to eat them.
If I eat pasta I always try to eat whole wheat pasta.
If I fall of the wagon and need to be bad it is usually pizza or a little ice cream
but I do limit those as much as I can.
I eat a lot of chicken, never fried and I don't eat the skin.
I try the best I can anyway.

I'm gluten-free and mostly vegetarian, but occasionally I'll eat a kid's size grilled chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A. I eat fish, gluten-free pasta, any vegetarian Mexican without the flour tortilla, and I've found some gluten-free pizzas I love. I also have started eating more salads and more fruits. I seriously need to have less sugar, but the habit is hard to break. I just finished a bowl of ice cream. :-P

My diet is now, after a struggle, pretty good. I eat salads, salmon, mashed veggies, free-range chicken, coffee, tea, protein smoothies for breakfast. My worst thing calorie wise is beer but I have recently cut down on that. I used to eat a lot of junk food but was concerned about my weight gain. Funny thing is I still haven't lost weight. Stupid meds! Now I am trying to start exercising.

Id love to say that I shop all organic, and make home cooked meals every day, that I'm the person that prepares her salads the beginning of the week, or who eats under 1200 kcal a day. But I'm on the see food diet. I see food. I eat it. I have massive issues with binge eating. And I LOVE carbs. The simpler the better! I know how detrimental they are to body and mind, but dammit they are so tasty! I used to eat a lot better, but have recently put on some weight. I used to work out daily, but depression said no no to that. I'm getting back into a routine now. My hopeful diet would be all protein ( 75% plant based) and non saturated fats with under 10% of my weekly caloric intake being from simple carbohydrates.
There's an app for this. It's great. So fingers crossed I get my **** together!

I'm up and down with my eating habits. I don't think I ever eat enough proper calories or meals but some days I make bad choices.

On good days I'm almost vegetarian (I just don't like most meat) and I'm lactose intolerant. I eat a lot of salads, smoothies, rice or pasta for dinner. Sometimes tofu or polenta. Always with veggies.

On bad days, I eat very bland, usually skipping meals, and eat more bread and carbs.
