I hear you skittles - yes it does make sense. Rollercoaster ride - that's what it is. You will be fine. I've had a bad day today, first in ages but I know I will be ok tomorrow.

sending gentle hugs your way, try staying positive hunnybun.

Happens to me all the time....I will be good for a little while and then all of the sudden the thoughts come so fast that I can't process them all.

You are normal....at least as normal as any bipolar person is... thoughts thoughts

Not sure exactly if I understand your use of crashing into each other...

For me yes...for me it is a mixed state where the up symptoms conflict directly with the down symptoms...

It's like your thoughts are snowballing...they start out small and then as your thoughts go, that thought leads to another thought which leads to an even bigger thought.

Is this how you feel? I know that is how it is for me sometimes.

If my brain is a t.v. set, it has cable hooked up with 800 channels and someone is SERIOUSLY messing with the remote... channel surfing and yo-yoing on the volume...and I start work on Monday...EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!
