2 glasses of red wine.
not sure how many carbs for the salad as it had some sweet dressing on it.

I am thinking about going on the Dr. Bernstein diet.
It is extremely strict, but takes the weight off quickly
It's expensive, but my weight is making me hide in a shell
I am not too sure how supportive hubby will be though
He is insecure (with no need to be) because of past relationships
sorry for rambling

Sorry for the negativity.
I guess that I am just so ashamed of how I look that I was venting it all out
I need to take control of this
And that is what I intend to do

Been good on the diet today. Going to go grocery shopping tomorrow. Going to get some good protein and I do eat carbs but very few. Mostly fruits and veggies and I drink a lot of whole milk with my protein powder. The pounds don't seem to be coming off that quickly, but my new jeans seem looser so I put on a belt.

Had two small pancakes for breakfast, Beef Macaroni Soup for lunch. Getting Longhorn tonight for dinner: 6 oz sirloin, broccoli and a sweet potato that I'll eat tomorrow. Would post links but my app is acting wonky.

I feel so bloated and ugh. It's that time of the month (total surprise because this is only the second Time in a year that I've gotten it thanks to the high prolactin). I'm sure I've gained like five pounds in water weight.

But I've stayed on the low carb train. I'm going to drown my sorrows in sugar free chocolate later lol.

I just love how not hungry I am on this diet. I stay under my calories by like 200-300 every day and I'm fine. When I was eating carb heavy I was starving every couple of hours but now I can easily go from breakfast to lunch with no snacks. I still have my bedtime (low carb) snack though. Some things never change!

Just finished a book -Spring Chicken (how to live forever or die trying) and one way to lose weight that's actually successful and might help you age well is fasting. I think I could do that. One day fast one day eat normal, maybe start with a two day fast? According to the book the best thing for living a long life is, money, excercise and access to good health care.

Today was an everything bagel and two bowls of (meatless) chili.

I'm still too nauseous to eat much. I think I might be getting sick again.

I've lost another pound though. Yea!

Note to self: protein powder has milk powder in it but it still tastes AWFUL in water instead of milk! (I need to get to the grocery store.)

Bowl of granola, mashed potatoes, meatless loaf, piece of chocolate mousse pie

Today was sort of a fail.

EDIT: On a happy note, I've lost another pound. 117.

I've been eating like crap lately, but I'm also on a business trip.

Had 2 croissants and 3 mini pieces of waffle (probably 2 inches in diameter). Then for lunch, I had mac & cheese. For dinner, I had Pad Kra Pow.

I just ate 4 oz of smoked almonds! net carbs =8grams
now my tummy is grumbling and not feeling so hot.
They were so salty!
I really don't think I should have eaten that many, low carb or not!

Had 2 CLIF bars for breakfast

Had maybe 2 or 3 bites of a minty lasagna (tasted like crap! but it was free). Idk why it tasted minty, but I had no choice because I'm at the first of two conferences

Not sure on dinner. Maybe some cheese pizza? I normally don't even eat dinner.. but I've badically had no lunch

Our weight really fluctuates different times of the day. I always weigh myself naked and after I go to the bathroom same time each day.
keep at it.

I always weigh much more at the doctors office.

Then this dr says "you weigh 195..." which is not what I weighed this morning; it was 193 but she rounded up. I mean, geeze. To her 190-anything was just too much. At home I weigh 190 in the morning.

I always weigh more at the doctor's office too. Wearing my coat and boots puts on about five pounds!

I'm not very hungry today. Only had an Atkins shake for breakfast and string cheese for lunch. I just had a full dinner though (ranch chicken, bacon, mashed cauliflower, and carb smart ice cream) so I should be good. Weighing in on Saturday. We will see if I've lost anything else. I'm almost below 200 so that's good!

Breakfast was two Canadian bacon EggMuffins (I took one of the muffins off)
I slept through lunch, so two cheese sticks and ¼ cup almonds for a snack
Dinner is Hawaiian Baked Chicken and green beans

Blood sugar was high this morning, probably pretty low by now.
