Yeah, unfortunately!!

8pm flight out of Boston-Logan. Total travel time will be BS, and I'll likely stay up for 48 hrs because I can't sleep on planes, busses, or trains. Might have to take an excessive amount of Seroquel to knock me out, but even then... I've been getting 1-2 hrs a night w/ Seroquel lol

Reminds me of when I flew to Europe from Michigan on a choir tour. The director wouldn't let us sleep for over 24 hours. When we finally got into our hotel rooms, we slept for 3 or 4 hours before dinner. Well, some of us didn't, but most of us did. Reminds me: Nobody was on any medication that I know of. Wonder how we would've dealt with that going overseas back then (1989). My sister was *just* over the contageous time of chicken pox and had to be cleared to travel. (I'd had them right before her by 3 weeks- which is the incubation period of chicken pox.)

I don't feel good today. Too depressed about Trump to eat anything. I feel nauseous.

Today was a lowerish carb day.
Left over steak for lunch.
left over pork stew for dinner
went to whole foods for trivia and was good....
I only had one dark beer (30 carbs) and sipped it all night.
It was delicious!
Had a high fiber(13grams) protein bar that was pretty good, only 6 net carbs.
I figured out that I had about 40 carbs for the day.

I work tomorrow. Going out of town to a small community called iota. I will see how long it takes me to get there. This maybe my first and last visit, will see.
Supposed to rain tomorrow.
I can't believe tommorrow is the 21st already....this month has flown by.

I should not weigh every day.
I just don't want to be gaining weight on this diet.
I have a week planned with my family in march, going to florida.
The thought of putting on a bathing suit frightens me. I can't tell you how long it has been since I was at this weight.

bizi, I don't think 164 is that bad, but if you're worried, they sell skirt bathing suits. They also sell tankinis which are looser:

I look pregnant. I put on weight in my belly, a beer gut from drinking so many fattening beers. My twin sister bought me a new suit a couple of years ago. Have yet to wear it, I believe it has a skirt...can't remember will dig it out. The time share has many hot tubs which will be nice. I am not much into sun bathing, but do like to walk on the beach at night.

Scrambled eggs, toast and sausage this morning.
Half of a pulled pork sandwich for lunch.
A few chips and onion dip for a snack.
Making this tonight: 30-Minute Chicken Noodle Soup

I like Taste of Home. It has a lot of good recipes and I can sort out the ones that are healthy.

I lost a pound in the past week, and then I go and destroy it by eating a huge Wendy's baconater and fries.

I had 2 glasses of red wine at the theatre tonight....will look up carbs. 4 carbs for a 5 ounce glass. So only 8 carbs for the wine! I guess I am a wine drinker now!

Yes dry wine has little carbs. I always preferred sweet wine but I had some Sauvignon blanc last night and it was actually pretty good. Three carbs per glass, 15 for the bottle. So I managed to stay under 50 carbs even though I drank the whole bottle lol.

Went to Bob Evans for breakfast. Had a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and a half slice of ham.
Lunch was a small piece of leftover Hamburger Corn Bread Casserole. Tonight it's Beefy Red Pepper Pasta. Blood sugar has been okay except when I wake up in the morning. Will be seeing doc next week.

Actually ate lunch yesterday for the first time in ages. Veal Schnitzel (sp..?). Just a small piece but it was something. Had a mango for breakfast and stir-fry for dinner. Worked all day. Was crazy busy but I made it through with the help of clonazepam.
