I can't remember what kind of beans he uses. But he uses garlic cloves, uses the beans, water, purees the beans so they're smooth, and mixes it all together. I can't remember how he seasons it.

I have found a successful diet for myself. I juice for breakfast. The recipe is very tastey. I eat a large salad for lunch. For dinner I then eat one sandwich with a couple slices of deli meat, cheese, lettuce, topped off with salad dressing. I lost 15 pounds in a matter of a few weeks. I felt good too. The first few days were difficult.

Ate some waffle pieces for breakfast (idk why the waffles are broken into pieces). Also had a croissant.

No lunch because I was traveling.

Dinner was 6" sub from Subway @ the airport.

Let's see if I can get home from the airport with all the protests. Trump sucks, protesters suck. The protesting is complete bullsh.it! I get their point, but why am I being punished for something I didn't do? I know that's what is happening to Muslims, but the protesters are just as bad as Trump because they're doing the same thing. Hypocrites.

Breakfast at the diner:
scrambled eggs with sauteed, onions peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, spinach and a side of brocolli. 2 small bloody marys, yum! not too many carbs in tomato juice.

zuchinni and beef casserole:

serves 4

1 pound ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
i clove garlic Iused a teaspoon minced.
1 teaspoon italian herb blend
salt
pepper
1.5 pounds of zuchinni grated
2 eggs beaten slightly
1 cup cottage cheese
2 oz cheddar
salt 2
TAblespoons coarse brown mustard
lastly cover with 2 oz of cheddar

In a skillet brown beef and onion and garlic add herb and salt and pepper add zuchinni and mix cook down. seperately combine eggs cottage cheese, cheddar and salt and mustard. combine all cover with 2 oz of cheddar and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
cool before serving.

It turned out very good!

I h ad three protein shakes and a "bacon turkey bravo" half sandwich from Panera and half an apple. Water and a cup of hot tea with milk and a bit of honey. I guess that's too many calories. I'm not losing weight lately.

Ate a chocolate muffin and had a hot chocolate for breakfast... @5am Praha time. It's now 9:15 @deutschland time, and I'm waiting for lunch to open. Probably gonna eat snacks on the plane tho.

Lufthansa gave me 2 Marmorkuchen things that I'll probably eat. Dunno what they are, but they look like pound cake? lol

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese, whole grain toast, and sausage patties
Lunch: Slept through so cheese sticks and cashews for snacks
Dinner: Pulled pork sandwiches and broccoli.

Blood sugar doing okay, but might be high tonight because of the sandwich buns. White flour, ugh.

Apparently quitting opiates jump starts your metabolism. I've lost 14 lbs since then. I'm trying to eat healthy asf this week. I do 2 protein shakes and a meal and a protein snack.

I had the WORST stomach ache yesterday. I think traveling just kills my stomach. (I always tend to feel nauseous.)

This morning, I ate oatmeal with cinnamon and sugar. Not sure what lunch is going to be, but maybe a slice of leftover pizza from last night. Then dinner will be vegetarian chili! Can't wait to make it.

I'm going to start "The whole 30" tomorrow. My therapist suggested it as a reset for my system both physically and mentally. It is supposed to rebalance your gut and reduce inflammation, hopefully shutting down the crushing anxiety I've been feeling and helping me shed a few lbs

For breakfast, I cooked millet grits with pumpkin puree. Had it with two cups of coffee with milk.

For lunch, I had chicken, beets, and a spinach salad + a cappuccino.

Yay! Went to see the doctor and I lost 10 lbs! My blood sugar is great according to her. Between the Metformin and better eating habits I'm doing better.

Breakfast: two small pancakes and a half slice of ham
Lunch: Half a chicken salad sandwich
Dinner: Oven fried fish and mixed veggies

I also had some popcorn but it was really salty.

I weighed 162 this am!!!!!
So that is down 7 pounds in 4 weeks.
I am impatient to get this weight off of me.
I try to drink half a gallon of water kay...but am not keeping track...need to pay closer attention to that. Thanks for the reminder.
At this rate I should weigh 155 march 1st. We are going to the beach in march for a week. eating sandwiches. My parents are doing the low carb diet too.
It is going to take quite some time to not look pregnant....time.
7 pounds=28 sticks of butter!!!!
