Got some study done despite my brain being zombified. Was relatively productive. My brain is missing the Ritalin I have been off for two weeks. Think it is adjusting to the new normal. Now I need about 8 cups of coffee a day to function.

Have taken my pills so far. Talked to a friend on the phone and saw another in person. I went to the gym. I'm now in my pjs- I'm tired.

trying to find something everyday...
went to the Dr and made my health a priority for once shut off some self defeating thoughts before they could spin out got good sleep so my mood was better today , we had great weather!

I started spring cleaning at 10am and stopped at 5pm. I got almost all of the kitchen done. I feel great about it... but ohh my aching muscles!!

Felt awful so spent half the day curled up in bed where I was safe. It helped me get through a really bad day. I rarely spend any time during the day in bed so this was unusual.

Paid a bill this morning. Sounds stupid, but I haven't been paying them, and it's not because I don't have the money. The things depression/anxiety make you neglect.

I have not ate out all day. I made oatmeal and toast to eat earlier. Then ate some fruit cocktail. I cleaned my restroom ......swept the floor and emptied the trash. Then took a shower

Felt like crap. Just wanted to expire.
Bundled up and went for a 2 mile walk late afternoon. Forced myself. Was so chilled needed a hot shower. This made the shower easy.  Cooked dinner for four tonight. Changed the bed linens.  WC |

Today my Mum took me to the beach for a swim. It was revitalising. Then I caught up with a good friend. Feeling very agitated but mood is awesome. Great day if not for the agitation.
