Got fitted for and bought two new bras! This might be TMI, but ladies I'm hoping you empathize because there is nothing better than a good fitting bra. This has made my year (thus far)!!!

Got up at 5:30 and went to gym again....3 days in a row. Made it to work every day this week! I'm on a roll right now lol

Feeling better physically so I have been for a morning swim/snorkel. It is going to be 39`C(~105`F) today so it was beautiful and refreshing. Now I am off to see my Mum, sister and four nieces and nephews. Then study and guitar practice. Going to be a great day!

I Actually went out to eat with an acquaintance tonite after work rather than staying home in bed and eating Cocoa Puffs for dinner. (The bar is set pretty low for me...)

Ran dishwasher, dusted living room only, wiped down bathroom counter. Kinda random stuff but I did something, motivation has gone though.

Had coffee with a friend. Got some prescriptions. Going grocery shopping later. Need a nap. Need to get more steps in. My daughter broke up with her boyfriend and he's been texting everyone at 1:30 am.

- cleaned the kitchenette except for the floor
- cooked soup, took a picture of it and posted on my FB - made compote from dried fruit and berries - boiled eggs and prepared lunch to eat after swimming - went for a walk - swimming for 1 hr + walking in water with resistance weights for 1 hr - ran 1 load of DW but have not unloaded it yet - had lots of tea - started slow cooking milk

Got the houses cleaner than it's been in awhile. My son's friend who lives out of town came to spend the night and they are having a blast. Listening to their laughter is lifting my spirits. Enjoying the clean house and my family.
