Positive Things I've done today #5

+1 Made it to work on time today
+1 Didn't take a nap in the parking lot before work started
-1 Took a nap in the car at lunch
+1 Had a really good phone interview this afternoon, HR person seemed impressed with my skills and experience, sounds like I might have a face to face interview soon.
-1 Was on the internet far too much today
+1 Only opened up one new email account today compared to the five or six that I do every other day.

Got my daughter and me subs for dinner. (Son refused dinner! He said he was going for a walk just out into the world. Thank goodness he ccame back 15 minutes later!)

I did fill those pills boxes- WITH my son! he helped doing one bottle while I did another, asking questions as he went.

I went to the gym and worked out and got a shower and dressed into clean clothes!

Thinking of what I need to do tomorrow. I need to take out the trash, do a load of dishes, do some more wash, things like that. Oh- and buy water for my CPAP and milk. Maybe I'll get my rent check turned in.

I've survived.

Yesterday was my Birthday. Although, I am IP right now I was allowed out to spend the day at my parents where I saw my sister, nieces and nephews and went out to dinner. It was a great day and wonderful to do normal things.

My mood was really good to, which helped. I feel decent this morning (7am) and am hoping i have finally turned a corner and will be discharged soon.

Swept and mopped the house, did laundry. washed both cars, and cooked a nice dinner

Preemptive post: went to the gym.

Got out of bed, made the bed. Showered, went out and put gas in my car. That's the most I've done all week!

Showered, ate, went to the gym.

Went and had coffee. Went to the gym. Got a shower. Ate a little. Took a long nap. Paid the rent. Watching my new favorite movie: Florence Foster Jenkins and doing laundry.

Didn't freak out after sitting at the pharmacy for an hour - read my poetry textbook

Today I got my eyebrows waxed.And then we went and got some Mexican food.

Worked with a client on her wrap plan (while working on my own because I'm not qualified to facilitate yet).

Kept busy. Accomplished a lot of things. Took control. All things looking good.

Took shower - took nap - got on PschCentral.

Worked.
Went to a concert.
Am participating in life.
Not a terrible week. Still have to sometimes force myself to do stuff when laying in bed looks so appealing. But I think I am slmost good.

It is 2pm here and I am allowed out for the day to spend with my family. Sunny and warm skies. It is beautiful weather. Yesterday was a bad day but today I feel great again. Stupid rapid-cyling or mixed episode. Just need to stay stable for four more days and I can get out of hospital.
