I usually take my lamictal , 200 mg in the morning but this morning I was so tired I think I took them twice. Now I'm very itchy everywhere.

I don't remember whether I took my PM dose of Lamictal. To be on the safe side, I skipped it, because I didn't want to risk accidentally taking too much. I am already on a very high dose of Lamictal, so I need to be careful...

I need to organize my medications much better. Tomorrow I'll stay more organized and take them at all the right times.

I almost never forget my meds. On the extremely rare occasion I do, it's always the morning meds and not my evening meds. If I forget my evening meds at my usual 7 or 7:30 pm, I'll definitely remember them by 12 am because I would be 100% awake at that time. Unfortunately, if I take them late, I don't fall asleep until 3 or 4 am, then I suffer consequences when I'm supposed to get up. I think that if I skipped the evening meds I'd be up all night long and would be ill the next day.

Yep I took them this morning. Thankfully I have an app on my phone that reminds me when to take them otherwise I would forget. Wish I had my anxiety meds though because my anxiety has been through the roof lately.
