Yep, just took a Seroquel though since I haven't been able to fall asleep yet. Feeling like I'm getting manic .. so hopefully that calms me down and lets me sleep.

I'm good at taking my evening meds, mainly because I'll know if I don't take them because I won't even sleep a minute without my seroquel however, I often forget my morning meds. Luckily this morning I remembered my mood stabilizers though

This thread helps remind me occasionally (thanks for posting it). I do, however, have a routine that's pretty reliable. Meds with coffee in the morning, & meds right before bed at night. I find taking them at the same time & same way each day is a great way to make sure the job gets done.
Thanks for this!

Took my meds and my vitamins and supplement. Thank you so much!

I took one too many gabapentins by accident. Man, I was sleepy this afternoon, but I’m OK now.

I still havent gotten a refill on my lithium, so its been about two weeks since Ive taken that. Didn't take clozapine last night or this morning because I dont have any. Not taking pristiq because I'm afraid it'll make me manic without clozapine or lithium. Basically I'm not taking any meds.

I never, EVER forget my meds. More than a little OCD about that! Besides, I feel like **** if I don't and I don't need that.

As usual I took mine even though I really, really, really didn't want to. I keep telling myself skipping a day here and there won't hurt. We all know how well that works. Sigh.
