I couldn't fall sleep last night until midnight so I decided to switch the latuda to the morning. This will be extremely difficult for me to remember, especially since I don't eat until I get to work usually. I guess I'll have to eat my breakfast before I leave.

I also found a weekly pill box. So I'll be able to at least track whether I've taken my meds or not. I haven't taken pills for a long time so it will be tough getting used to them again.

I haven't put my patch on for a week. Now I'm too scared to because I know latuda can be activating and the patch is activating too. I'm hoping maybe latuda will work as mono therapy.

Gulped the AM and Noon, both on time. Such habits we all live with.

Took my abilify this morning and reminded myself why. In that I now get to choose most of what to think about; and am no longer standing in a blizzard of thoughts and paranoia.

I'm sick with some sort of fever/virus so I couldn't eat 350 calories this AM. I managed to get down a protein shake so hopefully that's good enough for the latuda. If not oh well I can't stomach the thought of food. I did at least remember to take the pills. The weekly pill box is helping.

I'm good about taking them. I have to have a text reminder for the nighttime set because I will forget! But I take them every day.

For once I have.... I have been a bad medicator of recent times as I haven't been compliant. But after talking to my CPN and lying to him saying I take them. I thought I better start being sensible.

Took my meds yesterday. Waiting for the sun to come up to take this AM. Then it's time to refill the ol' pill box.

I have to remember to NOT take my morning pills tomorrow and go get my lithium levels checked. Then I need to go to the new pharmacy and give them the list of all my meds that I wrote out. (Plus my primary's phone number so they can talk to a nurse and get the meds I'm allergic to, since that's how they want to play that.)

I was really nauseous this morning so I didn't take them. My stomach settled down enough for the afternoon meds, though.
