I'm down to 2 meds from 4. My new pdoc I'm seeing from my last inpatient stay really felt like I was overmedicated and I was still having a lot of issues including issues with being able to focus especially at work. We've upped the dose of Lamictal and added Seroquel and got rid of trileptal and Busbar. I'm not missing doses anymore and feeling better than I have in such a long time

Forgot to take my meds last night, but I remembered this morning at least. Not that I think they're really doing anything for me, but that's up to someone more qualified than me to decide I suppose.

Damn I forgot this morning. I suck so much at taking morning meds. I need to take them literally as soon as I wake up. I’ll take them when I get home at 4pm.

**** No. Not taking any meds. Granted there are a few times I can see a benefit-yet I think most off my stuff is needing to learn better coping and you don't need meds for that so........

When I get ready in the morning I have a routine of five things and I ask myself before I leave the bathroom if all five have been done (including medication). It also helps to have a bit in your purse for if you remember later in the day and are not home. I can't sleep without a sedative so that is reminder enough for the evening. I have a glass by my sink for taking my medication if I forget if I have I can see if there is water left in the glass. My memory gets fuzzy when I'm in an episode. In the past I've put a rubber band on my med bottle in the morning and take it off at night.

Maybe some of these will help.
Thanks for this!

Usually I never forget because of my rituals in taking them, but they involve my husband's presence. Well, today my husband is on his way to Europe. I totally forgot my evening meds. I even started to get very tired. Luckily out of nowhere it crossed my mind. I went downstairs and checked. They were waiting in the Thursday slot, so I took them 4 hours later than usual.

It’s good you remembered and took them. I hope you get to chat with your husband soon.

Thank you so much, Cocosurviving. I can't wait to talk to him.

Despite taking my evening meds eventually, I woke up at 8 am. Since I only got to sleep at 2:30 am, that's much less sleep than usual. Just took my morning meds
Thanks for this!

I had dinner and took my meds. Will try to go to sleep without Ambien. I took it last night at 8:15 pm and I was so sleepy this morning
