Straightened my hair, put on makeup, went and got a pretty hanging basket for my mom and spent some time with her. Made supper. Just need to do dishes and chill for rest of the day

Wrote a long story I had been meaning to write for a while. The topic = Mother's Day.
Made a simple dinner. Am ecstatic because now that I am back on Geodon, I do not need food so ravenously and endlessly as I did on Zyprexa.

Bought airline tickets for my son. We will spend a short vacation in Chicago together.

Need to do the dishes, though. They are piling up. Glad I am not alone needing to do the dishes.

I let go of the whole " FBI are going to hurt me" thing

well, not entirely, but enough to know that they are probably far too busy to deal with someone like me who has done nothing wrong to attract their attention

I drank some cherry aid

it may seem small, but I was having a melt down because I was trying to find cherry tango at the shop and they didn't have any

it took a lot of work for me to do it, but I picked up the cherry aid bottle and I took it home and drank it.

I felt really upset and grossed out that I'd got the wrong thing, but I did it guys. I actually drank the cherry aid

cleaned out the fridge, and drenched carpet with some spray in hopes that it eliminates the dog piss smell.
Thanks for this!

1. Threw out the remaining cat food and kitty litter (5 years old)

7. Praying like hell to get all of those babies out of limbo/my Uncle William out of purgatory.
8. Debunking myths.

That’s what I did yesterday. I have much more planned for today.

I have read two chapters in a book off which I am scheduled to teach a class. Anxiety level down a bit, but still a lot to do.

I played with my daughter, her ongoing doll saga game that is mind-numbingly boring, but she is already 10 yr. old, and she won't want to be playing together much longer. I always have a harder time connecting with my daughter than my husband.

I finished my book club read of short stories even though that was a strain. I'm not a big fan of reading short stories to start with, and this book was not the greatest out there. I was close to leaving it a did not finish, but with about 50 pages left, I slogged thru. I hope I'm not the only member feeling like this was a bad pick at the next meeting.

Tried to eat a few more foods rich in iron in light of my lab test results showing I'm anemic. So, beyond, BP, there is another reason I'm so tired lately. I haven't been walking all week, and I vow I'm going to go tomorrow.

Floradix with Iron liquid helped me in a snap. It is expensive, and you have to store it in the fridge and time when you take it (if I recall correctly, it has to be 30 mins before a meal), but it is worth it - it helps very fast and is not constipating. The iron in it is bioavailable and there are other vitamins in the herbal infusion which is actually pleasant to the taste.
Thanks for this!

I went to see my psychiatrist/therapist in one. I exchanged a set of earrings one of which fell off (luckily I found in in the bathroom, outside the bathtub) for a different set that was prettier by much and cheaper by more than 200 dollars. I bought groceries to make dinner. I bought dishwashing liquid. I spent all morning preparing for the class I am scheduled to teach and when I was working, anxiety went away. Will resume work now.

I took a shower. I cleaned up kitchen, at least the best that I could. I went to Whole Foods Market to purchase nuts, raisins, and M&M-like candies. I used all of this to make my world famous trail mix.

I went to see my therapist, cleaned my room, finished my manual, worked on some music, and did the laundry. I'm definitely feeling productive today, lol.

I bought groceries at Trader Joe's, had a therapy session, finished the first 2 modules of 17 modules I need to write for the class I am scheduled to teach, took a shower and marked clothing as going back to Gwynnie Bee.

I wrote a funny poem on Facebook that spurred a discussion, which is something I like doing when I can, and it did not take that much time.

Emailed my friend with whom we plan to go swimming tomorrow.

I had a walk in the park with a GF and then we went to her house to have awesome earl grey tea. I bought a MAC mascara for $10 from her - Nordstrom accidentally sold her more than she needed and I have long planned to start using mascara and in general pay more attention to my appearance. We made plans to go swimming tomorrow morning.

I had lunch and washed the dishes immediately afterwards. I live with a roommate who likes my personality but not that my cleanliness standards are subpar, and it so happens that if I become anxious or manic, I cannot wash the dishes, so my main chore every day now is to wash the dishes immediately upon eating.

I continue working on the class I will be teaching.
