Thanks Fharraige for reminding that paying bills counts -

I paid my rent
Took a shower, washed my hair and used perfume
Had lunch with my former coworker which was great
Worked a lot and feel very accomplished and content - although I did not do as much as I hoped, I did make a dent
Had tea throughout the day
Wrote a Safeway shopping list and will go shopping now

Omg your country still has Safeway (a supermarket right?) If so wow. In Scotland we haven't got any anymore. I use to work in Safeway's as we called it back then from 2001-2005. Then was made redundant as Morrison's took over Safeway. Morrison's is another supermarket chain. Anyways if you are talking about the supermarket that's so cool. If not dismiss this post lol.

How funny! I just got done making muffins for tomorrow's breakfast, too. It smells wonderful in my house. I made banana nut muffins. What type did you make? All the best luck with your SSDI review.

I washed lots of dishes, prepared all the meals, spoiled my pet parrot, and shaved my legs to go swimming. Oh well! No swimming. It's pouring rain with thunder and lightening right now. It was sunny earlier.

I need to prepare things for my private disability review, but I am putting it off until I teach my class on June 7-8.

I prepared one and almost finished another module for my class. And got too tired of that second module, so I quit it and started reading on the next one, which is a fascinating read. I now look forward to resuming tomorrow.

I made a foot massage appt for tomorrow - will go check out a new restorative yoga class and then to Starbucks for dinner and then will get a foot massage; they are all at one plaza.

Made dinner and ate it. Chilled. Delicious on a hot day. My own recipe. Took Geodon right away, when full.

Had lots of tea throughout the day, with cranberries and with apple peel.

Dealt with some unpleasant matters.

I know. It is not self-explanatory.

Congratulations!

I made a big dent in the work effort and as my anxiety level goes down - I see now that I will have enough time to cover all the material as I prep to teach the class, my enthusiasm goes up - I look forward to seeing the students.

the only thing is - it will be on ZOOM, an online meeting platform. I am afraid of tech, so my friend who knows the platform agreed to "meet" me there beforehand, have me upload a presentation, talk, listen to her, move through slides, etc. That should help.

I also went to an awesome new yoga studio, had a foot massage, and did light shopping. And, took a shower and used perfume afterwards.

I completed preparing to teach two more modules. I learned the names of my students, scanned their LinkedIn profiles, emailed them, and started thinking about how to teach the class given that two are very experienced and the third one is a rookie.

Dealt with some unpleasant business.

Was anxious and hypomanic. Still anxious, but not hypomanic anymore. Went to see the pdoc.

Most imporantly, learned the basics of using the video online meeting platform on which I will be teaching.

Shopped for ingredients, made and ate soup.

Labile mood, but hopefully I will have a good night of sleep and will feel better tomorrow.

I can't recognize myself. Three long years of a deep black rabbit hole depression almost erased who I am.
I am me again. I like myself much more now.

So much to do, so little time. Can't name so many activities in my day. I'll waste time, hehe.

- Took a nap after not sleeping enough at night. No more hypomania - Zyprexa helped.

- Walked to Starbucks, had a latte and ate lunch there and came back by city bus. That was before taking a nap.

- Dealt constructively with an unpleasant issue as well as with a result of miscommunication in connection with my upcoming teaching. Started dealing with logistics of teaching.

- Earlier made breakfast, ate it and did the dishes right afterwards.
