I’d guess he’s around 40, give or take 5 to ten years. I’m not good at guessing ages.

My purpose is my family. That purpose is fraying at its edges as they grow up and move on and I’ve yet to discover a personal purpose that is solely me.

No, just one state to another and eventually back. It was 10 hours away and felt big though. I really needed that time to really have to figure out independence as an adult.

Always have cold nose hands and feet. I bring a sweater when going out to eat or grocery shopping in the summer cause I know the A/C will be too much to bear. I love hot humid summer nights

I hope just about where I am now--living next door to my mom who is still healthy and able to share our lives. It's not perfect but it does work.

Was suspected in Feb of this year and officially diagnosed Oct 19.

usually eat takeout once/ twice a week
never eat out though, couldn't be dealing with the crowds question: what is 1 thing you'd like to do, or 1 thing you wish you could achieve, but can't because of MI? |

I nearly always go mixed whether I start as depressed, manic or hypo. And I'm a very rapid cycler so many, many times although some are worse than others.
