The lushest temperate rain forest in the world, probably the Olympic peninsula in Washington state.

If you are working, and get an actual day off with no other time commitments, what do you like to do?

They were ok. Some fun times and some crappy times. Like life I guess.

Q. What’s your very first memory?

sitting in the living room, listening to a really old vinyl record of " do it to me one more time", which is now the worst song on this planet in my opinion.

reminds me of bad times

I can't remember. Maybe in December? I don't cry very often.

What song are you listening to right now? Or what's the last song you listened to?

"Hurt" - the Johnny Cash version.

Do you have a dual diagnosis, and if so, do you feel like one of the diagnoses is more prevalent?

Bipolar 1 is definitely my primary diagnosis, but somewhere in the past, I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder (scores were high enough for a diagnosis of GAD a long time ago when a School Psychologist tested me). My current pdoc never formally diagnosed me with it though. Plus, the symptoms of Bipolar often set off anxiety. As far as addictions... I probably met criteria for some kind of mild alcohol use disorder in the past. I haven't really shared much about this with pdocs though, and I'm currently doing pretty well with it.

Do you like summer?

Not in any religious sense. But I always did the eggs and Easter baskets for my son when he was little

Do you agree with your diagnosis?

Cars but I’m allergic.

Q. If you were stranded on an island with plenty of water to drink, what food would you want with you. (Only 1)

Satellite phone (if I had one, in a plastic bag of course). The clothes off my back, including shoes. A bottle of bourbon.

What drink do you order at coffeeshops?

A: Definitely do not like snakes. We have too many poisonous ones here.

Q: Have you ever wondered if Bipolar is a figment of your imagination? And that going off your meds won’t make a difference?

If you were to decide to change your appearance would it really be for you or for someone else?

(I''ve had surgery)...Definitely for me, but compliments are usually nice (except for unwanted attention).

What is something that has helped your BP symptoms aside from medication or therapy?
