Bipolar 1 is definitely my primary diagnosis, but somewhere in the past, I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder (scores were high enough for a diagnosis of GAD a long time ago when a School Psychologist tested me). My current pdoc never formally diagnosed me with it though. Plus, the symptoms of Bipolar often set off anxiety. As far as addictions... I probably met criteria for some kind of mild alcohol use disorder in the past. I haven't really shared much about this with pdocs though, and I'm currently doing pretty well with it.
