Physical books. There is something satisfying about turning real pages and having them on a bookshelf.

What is you favourite novel?

Yoga.

If you had to pick one extreme or the other, would you rather it be really hot outside or really cold?
Thanks for this!

I like the rain.

it has a nice sound, it's refreshing, it smells nice, and it's good for flowers.

sun just makes you hot and feel icky- even if it's not too hot, blah, messes with my agoraphobia

question: how important is it to you to live in a clean and tidy house?

I don't like playing sports, but I do watch horse racing each year (and bet on the national)

wrestling and boxing are good too

football if my team are playing, and even if they are I don't make an effert to watch them- only if I'm near a tv

question: what is your biggist regret in your life so far?

Hmmm regret can be a toxic thing to live with but seeing as we’re human we tend to dwell on it too much. However, I’ve a list of regrets but I think my biggest is wasting time.

Q. What is at the top of your bucket list?

I like where I live, but I would love to check out other places. Travel the country... there really just is SO MUCH to see. Id love to live somewhere else for a few years... just to check it out!

If you could do ANYTHING- if anything was possible- what would be the first thing you would do?

I'd swap my brain for a diffrent one.

so many abuse memories and so much hurt I battle with daily... it's not fair to deal with sometimes.

question:how happy are you with your current treatment?

it gets really hard

I'm pretty happy with my meds. I also do support groups and group therapy, but not individual therapy. I don't like individual that much.

Question: What meds are you on?
