Penicillin. Terrible rash in sensitive areas all over the body.

Favorite animal. Does not have to be a pet.

Man, you're quick. Quicker than SUPERMAN.

Lamictal under therapeutic dose. Klonopin .75mg. And Da Pro zac. 10mg.
A lot of sunshine and some moonshine.
Good, greasy porterhouse steak and sweet potatoes, with a lot of butter, cinnamon and lots of sugar.

Victoria. She was a real person and significant in my early life - I found out years later that she passed away of cancer.

What's your favourite meal to cook for yourself?

That's tough. I have many favorite dishes. I love to cook, including gourmet meals. I guess if you truly mean for "myself" and not my husband or anyone else, I'd say some fancy raviolis with simple garlic olive oil and Parmesan cheese with broccoli on the side. My husband is allergic to garlic and despises broccoli, so this meal is sort of a treat. I like that it's fast, too. I don't usually want to spend too much time cooking for myself.

What would be your next dream travel vacation?

Paris, France then Rome, Italy but I would absolutely lose my mind with happy mania if I got to go to Scotland or Ireland!

Which Bipolar symptoms have you dealt with the most and has been the most pronounced symptom out of all of them?

Scotland rocks! I'm bias though Lol!

I guess insomnia/hypersomnia are my worst and longest symptom. I use to rock 3 months of barely any sleep then find myself at the other end of the scale sleeping all day every day. In my line of work I needed to be very alert I was just functioning was mentally draining.

Question: Staying in a theme.... what's your least problematic symptom?

honestly for me, it would be lack of sex drive

I say that because it's not something I'm interested in anyway, so even if I didn't lackl one, I wouldn't use it.. that psymptom is just their, like an extra, forgotten about in the corner...

question:

how are you with keeping appointments?

Very good.... I hate being late so I am very punctual when it comes to appts. I'm too punctual though I can be 10-20 mins early for appts. It's part of my bipolar apparently.

Question: If you could be anything in the world profession wise what would it be? What's your one regret in life perhaps?

I would love to be a food critic for the New York Times. I enjoy writing and eating, and consider myself to be a very good cook. I believe I have the knowledge and other characteristics needed to make fair and honest critiques.

A regret I have is not accepting my bipolar diagnosis and treatment when first offered. It may have possibly prevented my disability.

Do you have a personality characteristic when stable that others may only have when hypomanic/manic?

I'd like to be one of those people at theme parks that despatch ride trains (park operator)
I'd say my biggist regret is not paying much attention in school
question:

have you heard anything positive this week? (either in the news or in general)

Yes, on a job interview I attended last night. It was so good to receive so many compliments of my character and appearance and then to be offered the job straight away was excellent.

Something positive I heard in the news was this: a man named Eric got onto an Alaskan Airlines flight and he was deaf and blind. His assistant helped him onto the plane but then had to leave. Because Alaskan Airlines is awesome, they paged the flight and asked if anyone on board knew sign language. A young woman, Clara came up and sat next to the man and proceeded to sign into his hand so they could better communicate with him and make him comfortable.

news article here: https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/23/us/te...ght/index.html

What is your favorite coping skill for when you're feeling low?

A: Making my bed and then getting back under the covers. Oh, and turning on as many lights as possible.

Q: How do you maintain stability?

I am no where near as stable as I hoped, so I'm not really sure.

I guess my answer would be to just keep trying new ways of thinking, and new meds, and new activities, rather than just give up. if you give up how can you be stable?
question:

favorite thing about the place you live?

The fact we do silly things regarding the comic book characters. We did 2 summers ago an "Oor Wullie Bucket Trail" (Our Willie). Oor Wullie is a cartoon character and statues were created all over my home town and then went further afield in Scotland. Kids decorated them as did adult groups and organisations. We had a Harry Potter style one as did we have a Marilyn Monroe and David Bowie along with creative ones.

The trail was all over my hometown and there was a map. Everyone got involved even my elder Cousin from America she's in her late 50's and loved it. We took loads of photos. If I can get one I'll post it on here.

Question: What sort of things do you do in the summer every year?

I go in the pool with a vengance. 3 or 4 times a day.
Just changed the water heater and it's like going into a hot tub. 97-98 degrees all day and all night. without the system running.
Butt naked. Most of my neighoors are up north now. The only one left, don't care. No worries.

Who is your favorite athlete.

Not anything especially nice. Kind of a quiet day.

Does your therapist do 50 minute hours or whole hours (or something between)?
