Just finished a no equipment Upper Body/Cardio Kickboxing workout, 37 minutes total. I modified a bit to make things harder by adding weights to some of the upper body exercises. Got a good sweat going and feeling accomplished.

Just finished a lower body workout, 37 minutes total. The instructor just used his bodyweight, but I added weights to the exercises to make them harder. It was no joke! Broke an awesome sweat and feel good.

This week I did 3 workouts, got over 10k steps on 1 day, and over 7.5k steps on 2 days. Not too shabby.

1 hour yoga.
I'll be dancing later, does that count too?

I work out with my indexes. I move'em sideways. Every count I close my fists And go: And 1... And2....And3...
Always in the same direction. I've done up to eight in a row.

Nope. Zero odds. NO single females. I'll have to help one to become single... *Evil grin* I already found one that's birtching about her man. Does I?

I went and canvassed today for the candidate I volunteer for. I walked 2.7 miles, took 5,995 steps. My feet, they hurt. No wonder my husband loses so much weight when canvassing.

Managed an 8 mile bike ride out by the lake. Great weather and lovely views. I can't wait until mornings are warm enough for me to ride to work.

I have been walking for exersize. I like to maintain a brisk pace. My heart rate went up to 150 bpm during long periods of my walk. I have made about 12,000 steps today. I made it to a restaurant where I drank water and ate a small dish of fruit. I have walked six miles. My goal is ten miles.

Yesterday.
12248 steps total
I got to the gym late yesterday so...
0.96 miles treadmill in 12 minutes. Slow.
16 minutes at high intensity, 296 calories, elliptical.
Pound class.
Yoga class.
Having switched from Chuck Taylor high tops to Nike Tanjun Racers made a huge difference. These are both minimalist shoes and the TR is still so much lighter and better-cushioned.

Yesterday I got over 8k steps but didn't do a workout.

Today I did a cardio/core workout, 39 minutes total. I made some of the exercises harder by adding weights or making it high impact. Broke a decent sweat and feel proud of myself for working out on a work day.

Fitbit screenshot attached.
There was 17 minutes elliptical, then hour yoga this morning.
This evening, I went to another gym for a lot of fast walking, 2.26 miles on elliptical in 18 minutes hauling butt, then some more laps, Barre class, then yoga again!
Two a day T-days ftw!
I haven't eaten half that today. I'm ready for bed. I transcended both practices too!Workout Thread

You are absolutely overdoing it. Sometimes I read your posts here and a couple thoughts come to mind:

-Man this guy has some serious ambition and dedication!
-Where does he get the free time to do all this?

You are risking injury by overdoing it, plus by working out constantly you are not allowing your muscles to recover. If becoming toned and/or more muscular is a goal, it will not happen through over-training. The body needs rest too!
Thanks for this!
