I really treated myself to a self care today! I went to the salon and had an hour long facial. It was wonderful, and my facial, chest and shoulder skin looks great! Yesterday I went there for eyebrow waxing, a hair conditioning treatment, and haircut. I've done lots of self-care just to prepare for these appointments. I spent a lot, but I'm considering the facial as the Christmas gift from my dad.

Did everything today and used my epilator , I love not having to shave every few days !!!!

I used a charcoal mask My skin looks so much better.

Today isn’t a hair wash day so one less chore to do.

I showered today.

I had cranberry juice which isn't soda and actually quite healthy

I did my hair and makeup today for the first time in a couple of weeks. It sort of felt nice to do something I once enjoyed

Having a bath for the second day in a row! It feels amazing after only showering for a month with 2 weeks of that not even showering(1 week medical reasons 1 week severe depression)

Also dyed my hair again the other night which always makes me feel good.
