Some guy yelled something at me out of his car when I was walking down the street to go somewhere. At first it pissed me off but I let it go. Several years ago I probably would have broke down over something like that, if someone looked at me the wrong way I'd go home and cry. Now I don't really care and it hardly affected me emotionally. There's rude people out there and that's just the way they are, didn't let it ruin my day.

In a lot of pain on this dark, cold day. Using heat packs to help with the pain.

All basic hygiene.

I felt like being alone today and just nesting, journaling and reflecting so that’s what I’ve done.....asked for some peace and quiet.

I’ve been going to work even when I want to call in sick (I’m not actually sick.)

All basic hygiene.

Sunday is the day of the week I am afforded the most alone time. Am enjoying this time to just "be."

I have a cinnamon and spice scented wax cube melting, drinking a cup of herbal tea and watching some stuff on Netflix.

I’m taking small breaks when I can and getting off my feet. Watching the Rose Day parade and really enjoying it. Those floats are incredible!

Hurt one of my feet a couple days ago, so I'm spending the day staying off it and binge-watching dvds. Nursing a bit of a cold too, so the relaxation is good for that too. It's hard to stay put! (And I'm not even hypo, lol).

Awoke this morning, showered, and immediately got busy making a special breakfast for the household. I enjoy cooking for all when I feel well.

Within a few hours, I'd needed a break in activities and pain meds. Am relaxing, listening to music and responding to my friends on PC.

I just took a shower and put on a really cozy sweater. Have some music playing and the lights dim, scented wax melting. About to make a cup of nighttime herbal tea and journal. I'm starting seroquel tonight so I'm hoping for some relief and sleep. Right now I'm just trying to maintain and deal with the agitation for the next couple hours. I did take a klonopin a couple minutes ago. I generally only use it for emergencies but my doctor wants me to take 2 tablets everyday right now till things stabilize.

Evenings are rough for me.
