Yes. More and more as I get older. I may drown in tears one day

Q. What is the first time you remember being reprimanded as a child?

mixing hot water and paint, then spilling it on the living room floor (I was trying to make tea)

mummy was not impressed

at what age did you start to get curious about things and wanting to do things indipendently without mother's help

Very young. I've always been more independent than was necessarily good for me.

Have you ever traveled outside your country?

Only once, to Disney World. One of those make a wish things because my brother had cancer at 8(he is fine)

Do you mostly live in the past, present, or future and do you wish you could change that?

I think I have finally learned to live in the present 90% of the time and I'm proud of myself for that and it is a new skill that just popped out in the last month.

What is the longest you've seen a single therapist?

That is awesome! Definitely something I hope I can learn to do.

Been seeing my current T for 2 years but not sure if I can keep it going. Previously the longest was a week of forced therapy after an attempt when I was 17.

What is your favorite season and why

I love summers because theres so much to do and it's daytime till 930pm.

Are you currently in love or ever been in love with someone? What was it that made you fall in love with them.

I've been in love with my husband for over 22 years. Still quite in love. Even more today than ever. I believe our love has been especially strong because we recognized in each other who we really are (and that we loved that person) and that our love would be unconditional 💗.

Who do you believe you love/care for unconditionally?

I do to varying degrees at various times. I am overweight, though fully clothed (not in a bathing suit) many people think my weight is just fine. Actually, I feel relatively OK about how I look. Yeh, I'm not perfect in a bathing suit, but am lucky that I wear my weight well. I do like to eat and either eat too much or the wrong stuff too often, but I only really go overboard occasionally. Sometimes my Seroquel XR seems to be partially responsible, but more often it is my mood's fault. I can be on a high dose and lose weight, or even on a medium dose and gain. I've been really trim on and off bipolar meds and overweight on and off. Many people in my family are overweight, including those not on bipolar meds. I'm actually trimmer than many in my family. Part of it is my knowledge of good nutrition and portion sizes, but having the knowledge doesn't always equal compliance.

Have you ever gone on a serious diet? If so, how much did you lose on it? How did you lose the weight?

No but sometimes I forget to eat for days. I also forget to shower and... just stuff like that- when I get depressed or otherwise feeling badly. Sometimes I even forget when Im super busy! Thats actually most often the case.

I lost about 30 pounds because of this- mostly because I was medicated and able to be more active because of it. But recently have gained about... 25 back?

Id love to lose that again but- Im going to try to do it healthier this time. Take care of myself better in general.

Chocolate or vanilla and WHY?!

Why?!?!?!?

Heard of weighted blanket. Never used one. Not against them. Never thought of using one. Plus no idea where to buy one. Movie I can see over and over is "The Big Lebowski. One its a super cool movie. Sentimental reason In Phila. PA there is a fundraiser for blood cancers. My sister is in remission for a non hodgkins lymphoma. This film is part of the fundraising event.

Through the tunnel to leeward Oahu. It's considered bad luck to bring pork through the tunnel.

Do you drink or do drugs to self-medicate?
