I’m having a better day today. I still want confirmation from my guy that he doesn’t want to continue seeing me just so I can stop wondering but I’m feeling better about it. I’ll send him a text tomorrow just stating that I understand if he doesn’t want to start anything given the challenges he is facing but if he would please let me know that I would appreciate it. Who knows if I’ll get a text back but at least I’ve asserted myself.
My son and I went to ihop to get the grinch pancakes today. I was very patient waiting 20 mins for a table. Usually if it’s crowded I give up and go somewhere else. This is why we eat out at 4:30 on fridays lol. I don’t particularly like ihop but I had some nice blueberry pancakes. Then we went to target to get kitty litter and kitty food and I decided to do our weekly grocery shopping there because I didn’t feel like going to aldi. Plus I only have $72 until Wednesday and I have a target credit card. So I put it on my card and when I get my money from the state on Wednesday I’ll pay off the card again. I’m so thankful I get survivor’s benefits. Without them there would be no way to survive on this salary. I haven’t had a real cigarette in a week. I wanted to go back to it once I figured out my new guy wasn’t going to text me back since I was doing it for him a little bit but there are plenty of other reasons to quit smoking. Not the least of which being it’s saving me money. Not spending that ten dollars a day is really helping. I have to spend money on vape cartridges for my vape pen but those are less expensive than real cigarettes. And eventually I’ll quit the vape too. Probably in the new year. I have a frozen meal from Trader Joe’s that I’m going to make tonight, mandarin chicken. My mom says it’s really good. The rest of the meals I’ve gotten from them have been good so I’m hoping this one is too. I have some brown rice I can make on the side. I wish I’d remembered to get broccoli at the store but oh well. I also got Thai curry sauce from Trader Joe’s which is delicious. I’m going to make a stir fry with some chicken thighs and vegetables tomorrow. So excited! Might make chicken and dumplings on Thursday. Will probably make spaghetti on Wednesday after swim lessons. Quick and easy. I go back to work tomorrow from my four day weekend. I enjoyed sleeping in and spending time with my son but I’m glad to go back. I just hope my student is feeling better and back in school.

The pdoc's been a completely different person in the last dozen consultations. I called my wife into my sessions once I recognized a pattern and needed a corroborating witness. She thought the whole thing was hilarious.

Moose brought up the IUD certainly a possibility. Also when I still had to deal with it I would take 3 BC monthly’s in a row skipping the placebos, that practically got rid of my pms. There are options to at least try It’s a shame you have so many troubles. Do some research, you might find some possibilities.

I had a really good day today, Auntie and I went out to lunch it as delicious, then we went to a mall to get new work clothes and Victoria Secret was having a great sale on everything and grabbed another bottle of my favorite perfume. I always get a ton of complements when I wear it. We also went to Kohls and we both got new wintry things for work. I seem to be doing okay with the breakup.
Also I slept extremely well last night, I usually wake up to an annoying alarm and even without the alarm I'm still up around 7 most days to take my meds even with it being a weekend; but today I slept until ten. I also feel really well rested. Hugs to everyone  and thank you for your support!

I'm happy. Everything I do comes out better than expected.
If I fall in a pile of manour(sp) I come out smelling like flowers. And every day is better than the previous. Maybe I'm not paying attention to the little things. Maybe I've learned to look for the positive in the negative. Yeah, I like that saying. Going in my signature right now. Good luck. Cheers!!!.

Curled up on the balcony in the sun like a happy ***** cat.
Hubby away for a couple of days for work. He was really stressed about leaving me. Made me promise over and over again that I would ‘behave’. Best wishes to all.

He did leave me with our daughter when his mom passed last year. It took longer than expected to arrange the funeral (because it happened during the holidays, Dec. 28), and my daughter & I were alone a week and a half, 2 weeks. We did OK, but I was happy to have H back at home even though it wasn't a hardship with daily life. We missed him; I think even the cats missed him, as much as they were rubbing up against his luggage and clothes.

Yesterday was just miserable for me between Bipolar , Fibromyalgia , PsA and the weather I just wasn’t fit for much of anything.
Today is better thankfully. Made an easy dinner of ravioli and meatballs. Hugs to all that need it Thanks for asking SeaCat

Slept a little less last night which was good but did have a 2hr nap. Feeling really good. Less alcohol cravings and no physical symptoms today. Cuddled with my youngest and gave him a bath and cut his nails. I have had a hard time keeping up with those types of things for quite a while.
My Dad brought part of supper to our place and I made the other half. It was really great but I let my husband do most of the socializing, I wasnt really feeling like talking. After I put the kids to bed I watched a show and then painted my nails. I cant even remember the last time I did that. Danced for a while and now listening to happy music in bed. Very positive about how things are going without meds and alcohol so far! |

Well, tomorrow's the big day for my ENT appt. Not looking forward to it... AT ALL.
I'm still unsure if I want corrective rhinoplasty, so I feel like cancelling the appt. Then again, maybe they'll say I don't need surgery and they'll give me some natural remedies. Idk. I know the left side of my nose is crushed inward and that I have a very, very slight deviated septum, but maybe their remedies will help me breathe and smell better despite those things. My nose isn't completely crushed on that side anyway. I also don't want to travel in the rain to my appt. It's going to be freezing. |

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
I tell H I might have a breakdown or get moody because of PMS; he dismisses it like it is nothing. Men should have to go through this, as well as pregnancy and having a baby, oh and then exclusively breastfeeding the baby for 16 months (daughter was slow to take to solids).
