That’s crazy having to wait so long !?!

I think I’d probably find another Doc take a look at that foot, walk in clinic ? At least they could X-ray and make sure your not walking on any fractures??

I hope all your labs come back with in normal limits

Yes, the ortho clinic here uses the local walk-in clinic as their back-up. These clinics often have their own xray equipment within their own practice. i hope your insurance will cover a good option for you!

I had 3 big beers last night at trivia and could not sleep last night. fell asleep around 5am then got up at 10am. So that is 5 hours of sleep, not good. Am still reading Alan Carrs book the easy way to stop drinking....50 pages left and he still has not revealed the "easy way".

I jammed my right 3rd finger yesterday preventing a fall. It really hurts today.

my right ankle is still hurting. 12 days ago I woke up with it hurting just getting out of bed. sigh. It is not broken but don't know what is going on. I hobble when I walk. Going to do billing today, am very behind. Can't get paid unless I send a bill.

I need to quickly write this post as it is late and I have not gotten ready for bed yet.
I saw my chiropractor today and he examined my ankle more He thought it was tendonitis and a sprain of my ankle. He thinks I should go to PT for cryo therapy ultrasound treatments.
Jeff is a way and I don't do well with him gone.

I was surprised this morning with a card telling me to go to the living room then photo can to find a mango and another note telling me that he would give me another clue soon. and then later in the day he said to go to the entertainment cabinet and on the top shelf we have an xfiles scully figure. He said look under her foot. BUT I had to wait to do it thursday morning well I can say that I waited now that it is after midnight.
This is all very sweet. He is a good man. He will be in colorado until sunday.

I am behind in my paperwork.
I hope to see carol tomorrow night.

I saw a new client in the hospital today her nails were awful...thankfully she soaked them before I got there. It took me a while to get there and find a parking spot on the top floor....and it took me a while to give her the pedicure. Glad that is done. I will see her when she goes back home in 3 months.
now I need to get ready for bed and find that note!

It was a card with instructions to find our 1st wedding anniversary memento.
Well I can't remember what that is!!!!!

I am seeing my chiropractor and he is good. He thinks I should go to PT and have the ultrasound with biofreeze.
My foot swells from the sleeve and sock from lithium.
I am learning who to do my job safely.

I could not think of the answer to another clue. waited until he got home. It was one of our wedding vows that led to a unity candle that we lit during the ceremony. that clue led me to a little sewing kit basket on the floor under a table. There was supposed to be a card under the basket but it was not there. The friend who cleaned the house must have taken it. now why would she do that. It said sunday on the outside. I called and asked her about it. she replied "I did not see it".

so that was the end of the treasure hunt. It was fun and very thoughtful.

I just finished allan carrs book and am still drinking. no change in heart or spiritual awaking.
I see my psych doctor on wednesday. she will not be happy that I have gained even more weight and that my drinking has gone up. Last time I was only drinking 2 beers and she was so happy for me. I may lie.I don't want her to threaten me with inpatient.

I’m sorry the card is missing, very odd.

Would it be IP to detox off alcohol?? I know if someone truly isn’t ready to quit it would just be a waste of time.

Can you identify why you have increased from 2 a day to more??

Hi christina,
I stop by fat pats on the way home for 2 beers and look at facebook....it is kind of like my time alone.
then when I came home I have these fruity spritzers drink ....I really like them. I just like to drink.

thanks for asking. I don't need to detox, can't afford it don't like 12 step programs nor group therapy sessions so would not like IP at all. And I have been IP before for psych reasons and hated it but know that I needed it at the time.

We went the concert last night: Sam Bush and his "new grass" band.
We enjoyed the concert.
Today I went to the antique car show by myself...jeff did not want to go.

It is a beautiful day today.
Tonight we are going to baton rouge for dinner at the chimes restaurant and then the 13th gate haunted attraction that we go to yearly. Jeff is making a cd of scary haunted stories for us to listen on the hour journey east.
He put up 25 tombstones yesterday in the front yard...it is a lot of work but is so happy to have them.

After lunch of gumbo ......We picked out pumpkins today at this church that has the pumpkin patch on pallets so you really have to scour thru all of the pallets to find the perfect pumpkin.
My fingers are healing nicely if I could just leave them a lone.

We had a really good time. The 13th gate was great....really disturbing for gentle souls. I did fine.
The food was delicious.
Lately, I have been drinking too much. sigh

I’m so glad you had a great time.

I am in general a night owl. But with all the steroids I have been on I struggle to sleep, even a few hours a day and it’s all broken .. I took the last of the prednisone yesterday so within 3 days or so it should be out of my system and I can get some actual sleep. * fingers crossed *

Not sleeping is awful.
