any hope of a nap snuggled in soft blankets to stay warm since it’s like the North Pole outside ???

I do that every couples weeks I lay in bed and wonder why I can’t even hit a long blink

In the closest city to the town I live in approximately 20,000 people are currently marching to honor MLK Day. It is cold out there. I admire the marchers.

I slept great last night. Wow - do I feel better! It's amazing how big of effects the small things are.

I traveled to South America last night. One of the woman I was with wanted me to get and ambulance. But no one spoke English and I was carrying around a bag of exotic yarn. I tossed and turned until 5 am which is when I visited SA. At least thre sun was warm on the stones!

I’m glad you finally did get some sleep

I got about 4 solid hours. I spent a whole lot of time in bed just reading or staring at the wall , it was cold
and I was nice and warm, finally got up because my dogs were staring a hole through my soul.

I slept last night but I'm wide awake tonight. I have a therapy appointment tomorrow so that is good.

I am a super-insomniac these days, because of my voices. The worst part is not being able to function as well as I want to because I'm so tired! Thank you for sharing about this problem.

Another toss and turn night, but towards morning I slept. Had a hospital dream but this one was good. I was hypo and checked into a hospital. It was like a state hospital, wide open wings. Down one wing was a TV set up I liked and wanted to watch science fiction on. An old lady was sitting in front and I talked her into moving. I was a regular hypomanic chatterbox. Then it changed into a club. A twelve yr old was killing it, she had the audience in hysterics. I drove her in a Christmas green old VW van to a hose where I introduced her to her grandmother who had once belonged to that club. They had matching lunchboxes but the older lunchbox had a list of rules. The only one I remember was the rule about not giving soap as a gift. We we chatting about how the rules were changing but everything staied the same.

Why not give soap? Until my mom passed ,I bought her soap that she loved and wouldn't buy for herself .She never did things for herself,so i spoiled her.

I don't know why not there was a list of odd rules and that was the only one I could recall on waking. It was very Emily Post.

You have intresting dreams ,when I do sleep, I haven't dreamed in years,when I can't sleep, I have a HF radio on my nightstand and i talk to people all over the world .

No soap for gifts hu??? LOL I’m going to hell I guess I use to buy my grandmother goats milk soap all the time. She lived through the depression and would never buy something like that for herself. Ahhh her eyes would light up like I had given her diamonds.

Well I will get chemically slammed unconscious tonight , I have a small mountain of meds, I truly must sleep tonight.. I’m struggling with some things and need a clearer head tomorrow.

And oh what will you be wearing in he'll, so I can reckognize a fellow serial soap offender ,I used to get Mom the hand milled goat soap from the breast cancer store.

I typically wear all black I look thinner that way lol
