What a gift to find a compassionate Doctor when so many just get jaded over time

I'm going to speak with my GP about what to do...the pain is sheer hell.

Thanks for your support

Terrible !!!! Your GP can also order PT

Maybe to a different PT office ? If you go that route at the first visit have the PT tell you what that goal is, what the process will be , what type of pain to expect and absolutely what exercises you will need to do at home between visits and when you should start to have decreases in pain.

I’m sorry that your still struggling with such a painful injury are you still getting some relief from insoles for shoes your wearing now ?

Well last night I honestly didn’t think I would get any sleep and I really needed it so I took an xtra Xanax. Went to bed and my husband started to just I guess.. pet me on the head like you would a dog ?? lol

He said I actually feel asleep pretty quick !!! Got about 6 hours solid sleep!

So now I guess if I’m struggling to sleep I’ll have to go to bed first and see if it can be something that could help.. Hahaha Woof !

That's great news, 6 hours is a great deal for you. Is your breathing getting better?

It felt better the other day not where it should be but a bit better ... today is a bit worse, but I’m not sure if I used my inhaler last night?? I need to go back to putting it on my pillow in the morning after I use it so will be reminded when I lay down.

I just can’t believe all this started in August... crazy !

I lied awake last night till like 3am thinking about this thread...I must've finally fallen asleep but was up again at 530. I think I got up for a snack at that point. Then went back to sleep till 930. so that's 6? I got up, checked my email... but then I snuggled with husband and somewhere between like 10 and 1230 I dosed off again... seems to be my daily habit of late. I can never seem to get that ideal 12a-8am or even 10am schedule. Sorry, I'm not sure I'm "cool" for this thread, but I'm checking in and keeping tabs of my disrupted sleep anyway.
Thanks for this!

We had nasty storms so I slept a bit here and there, had to often soothe my dog as storms scare him, I have a doggy coat that’s snug like a thunder coat that helps a bit but my boy still needs his mommy lol our other dog got a bit worried too.

The wind was wicked and rain on a metal roof something I love but there sensitive ears not so much.

I’d like to think I’ll get good sleep tonight but I not going to hold my breath tho.

I took two of the ambien and slept all night! It was wonderful. I was in a college, a weird one. Small with grand stone buildings. The books for classes came with Star Trek clothes and toys. Statistics came with a red shirt! Ha ha. I woke early but didn't get out of bed, it was so comfortable and warm, a nice place to just relax.

I was hopeful that someone would know the significance of the red shirts! Ha ha and so appropriate that it was statistics!

Took forever to fall asleep. When I did I was running this huge way stop with native Americans dolls in leather and pop guns. I guy came in with a huge sleeping dog. He wanted a space where he could hire out his dog as a service dog, he promised his dog would relax the most uptight prick, even our orange blob!

I saw the write ups on new Amsterdam and thought it sounded good, unfortunately mum wants to watch reruns of PBS that are on at the same time so I've never seen it.

I've heard New Amsterdam is good but I've never watched it. Anything on Monday or Tuesday and I have to watch on DVR or streaming.

Busy night at work - dangerous situation last night at work. I'm all wound up again.

It’s definitely worthy of dvr or streaming to watch first season, fantastic show.

I’m sorry you had a dangerous situation at work is there someone there you can talk to about it or maybe a T if you have one ?
