Some one made a post of Facebook.. You know you came for( town) if you remember this... it just spread like wild fire with people all reconnecting because of it... School was awful for me I was always getting bullied.. But I did connect with many of the nice people... A few of the really mean people? I sent them a Private message and told them I hoped that as they grew up and they found more compassion and were not still a shytty human being LOL
I was bullied a lot at school too. There were some nice people. I have no idea where they are now. I lost touch with all of them when I was ... made to move locations... Also I don't use my real name on facebook.

I like that you sent the A-holes a private message and told them that .... it would be a great thing if they finally found more compassion and were no longer a ****** person lol grrrr

I don't know how well I'll sleep tonight. Kinda frustrated that my therapist doesn't understand where I'm coming from. (It's not her fault. She just does not have the same innate abilities that I have.) I'm also thinking about WAY too many things at once, so I'm just going back and forth between using my phone and staring at the ceiling.

I wish my head were divided into two halves, where the upper half could be unscrewed like a bottle cap so that I can rip out all the stupid annoying thoughts and throw them in the trashcan where they belong. Then I can twist my head back on and everything goes back to normal.

Im sorry your still struggling and shes not as helpful as you would like, But maybe there isn't much more she can do with CBT.. When I have really been struggling Bipolar wise the only thing that has helped is med change..

I think you should head to bed in a couple hours and just stay there... Hopefully you will be able to fall asleep earlier, staying up late each night isnt going to do you any good. Do you enjoy reading ? I know that is calming for me, I escape my life and fall into the story.. Great Distraction..

I hope you sleep tonight

Im just waiting around for a reasonable time to go to bed. Got up at 6 so I'm tired but don't dare go to bed too early or I'll wake up while it's still dark and screw my schedule up. Got about 50 pages left in my thriller book but I know who "did" it. Just a matter of the characters not getting murdered and yah know most main characters survive.

Yeah lots of Authors like to leave the main folks live, Honestly I love when an Author comes out of the blue and kills off the least likely characters LOL

Me too. It was the killer I thought it was but then there was a twist to make me doubt it was him, but it was, and yeah the main characters lived. Now I can go to bed with one of my new books!

I was caught in a muddle of blankets so I woke up feeling trapped and forgot my dreams but I had some last night. I went to bed around 10:30, early for me. It took a bit of time but I managed to drop off and sleep most of the night.

Thanks, yeah. I slept with the assistance of klonopin. (Not ideal, I know.) Just feel weird today, I guess.

I don't know what I want or need anymore, other than to sleep normally.

I'll try some reading like you suggested. I haven't used my kindle in a while, so I will charge it up because it is surely dead right now.

Hope you're able to sleep some tonight

Ahh when blankets and sheets attack ! Oh that is an awful way to wake up for sure..

I am glad you did get sleep and earlier than your normal time,( I just can never fall asleep before 2 no matter how many sleepless night I have in a row) You needed it, after having to be up and moving so early to hit the store before a million people show up.

When Sheets Attack! Wasn't that an early film with Clara Bow? . Really I can just see her in one of those jerky black and whites with a placket with an exclamation mark on it. it's been so long since I've seen a silent movie. They did eyes so well in those movies.

You are having a huge struggle right now. Taking Klonopin nightly is not going to get you addicted or need for a stronger dose unless you are on it for months and months. So concerns about all that is really not an issue.

If Klonopin help you sleep each night then you should be taking it.. You need to sleep each and every night, That will help you cope with stressors in your life..

I only have 1 klonopin left unfortunately. I only got prescribed 15 pills. I can ask for more, but my pdoc really didn't want to give me many in the first place. No idea why, but I'm not sure if it's worth asking him about. I want to change my AP, and so... I think changing my AP will help with my sleeping habits. My appt with him is next week.

Jolted awake at 2:15 again last night. That’s getting old. I made a cup of tea and watched Die Hard 2 and Die Hard with a Vengeance. My therapist has told me 15-30 minutes of news in the morning then quit. Definitely none at night. Haven’t quite managed that yet. That could be the problem.

Jennifer Im sorry your dealing with middle of the night Bam your awake situations. Totally sucks!

I had to make huge differences in my amount of TV and News.. Today I have watched it more closely because of this severe weather.

I am extremely upset with my Govenor.. I feel he is ignoring that this is a unbelievable crisis.. We have not even been hit with the wave yet.. A few days ago he was still thinking he could lift the Stay at home order the 15th... Of course that will be extending , He isnt doing much to assure that are state is doing everything it can to be ready... Maybe he is calling for people to wear masks now? I have to avoid him talking as I usually yell at my Tv ..

I like my governor. He extended stay at home and did stay at home pretty early. At 2 he comes on with his teem of experts and give talks with facts and evidence based steps. But today was a no news day. All day I watched H&I channel of graphic novel tv. Batman, Wonder Woman and the Beastmaster types then turned on PBS. Tonight it was Midwifes. Love that show.

I love my fantasy shows especially when they have cool stories like Wonder Woman did today. An alien from another planet showed up in a nifty space ship. love the excape st stories.

I hope you get some much needed rest too. Maybe Wonder Woman will show up in both our dreams.

Slept last night. Our dear leader invaded my dreams last night. He was selling cute puff ball doggys but they were temperamentally unsuitable. I was at a university taking a drawing class that somehow became a detective club and we went after the guy to put him in prison for selling dangerous animals.

Just checking in...

I've actually been sleeping okay!! I have been sleeping from about 10:30pm until 5am or 5:30am with minimal wake ups in the middle of the night. I didn't even take Klonopin last night and I slept well! It's a miracle!

This luck has happened two days in a row now. Not sure if it will happen for third day in a row, but I'll take two days. Two is good!

I did spend some time watching YouTube last night, listening to my favorite people who I share a deep connection with. I think that helped relax me. I feel like we can telepathically communicate, but I haven't tried yet.
